There now seems to be a disagreement between my Honey and the gal next door.
They both are crazy ,and I would like to put a pillow on both their heads FFS !
They both are good friends too!

Yeah, it wouldn't be the first time friends butt heads. Years back a couple guys I knew who were close friends and friends to me. One day out of nowhere they stopped talking to each other. I never asked what divided them but I did ask do you think you will patch this up..NO!Im doing close to fine.

I was sad for a bit that my friends capsized their friendship but it was not my problem. I remained friends with both until they were no longer of this earth.
I'm doing well mostly, I've been somewhat stressed lately because of this OCD anchor. For me it's been difficult learning how long it's been going on and how it's impacted my life. Anytime I can improve my sense of well being, I'm good with that.
I hope your feathery friend are bringing you a world of joy and I know they like to tease you, I wonder where they got that from?
I am at another one of my doctors appointments once again. There’s a sign at the front desk that you can’t wear cologne or heavy perfume because of allergies. I walk into the back and it smells like a whorehouse with what these girls are wearing. I don’t tolerate fools like I used to, and it’s starting to cause me a problem with the people iron across

Oh brother it’s the little things that cause the most problems. Actually the trash can and recycle bin is one of our biggest arguments around my house. He’s a bit OCD too @oldmaninbc but I lay the law down on how much I will let it effect my day.
Mexecant laundry soap rips my head off. I will go around the other side of the store just to stay away from the laundry soap isle.Me too ,exactly why I wear unscented cologne.

Doober, may I suggest that you pick up the book Hashish by Robert Connell Clark?Uh with bubble bags for hash they say like 25microns or 90 microns etc. I guess it is sifting kief to get a purer, higher potency product
Does anyone do this? Does anyone use different screens with their kief to get something better?
Trichome sizes are strain specific and Clark gives this as trichome sizes:
150 microns – large plant debris
130 microns – very large resin glands
110 microns – large resin glands
90 microns – medium resin glands
70 microns – small resin glands and debris
50 microns – very small debris and little resin
below that – very small dust and debris
Kief is kief if from the same strain. You can increase potency by turning it into Full Meltl
The trichomes may break from the shaft at the top or the bottom, so some of the kief will have a tail and some of it won't. You also have free capitate stalks and capitate sessile hairs in the mix.
If you remove all the stalks, you have what is called Full Melt, which does increase the potency of the kief by removing the non reactive parts.

I was told years ago I had OCD(not extreme OCD) but it never really connected as to what it meant. Over the last while I've been researching and talking with a counselor. I was shocked when I learnt how extreme OCD can be for some people, I had no idea, it's mind boggling.Oh brother it’s the little things that cause the most problems. Relationships have ended because of OCD. OCD people will try and force their views on to their spouses and that should never happen, it's not healthy for either person.
I see now how OCD has effected my relationships, school and work. Most of all how it has effected me in a negative way. I want to be in the drivers seat not my runaway brain.
There has been a number of scientific studies done on it. They can incite a person to experience an OCD occurrence inside a MRI and see the brain behaving in ways that it shouldn't and take bloodwork to see which chemicals your body is producing.

im sure it’s a real challenge being OCD. I had to be a bit OCD in my job as there were many people depending on me for their safety and security within my power but since retirement, I learned that regular life didn’t have to be that tight and my threshold limit of what mattered changed immensely. Mr sub and I have had arguments over things as silly as the proper folding techniques of what I throw in the recycle bin that simply flattening the box was not as efficient as cutting the loose ends so it was flatter than just crushing it. You have to be a bit stronger in your relationship when you have differences and realize that you might be wrong sometimes. But everyone has their limitations so we all have to remember that. Good luck on getting a hold of your OCD. It may help to switch up your day every now and then.
