That´s normal with a lot of long flowering sativas.
Don´t judge it so only by some fresh grows at the top of the buds.
This can still happen while old calyxes are already dying and the plant is may already super ripe!
So look carefully.
So, it´s much harder to find perfect time if you just used to indica or hybrids. But you have also more choice.
There are several plants in the picture, can´t judge which buds are which plant.
The head in the right back, who leans to the left looks ripe for example.
Smoke a quick dried testbud (oven at 60°C) is something you could try. Or check trichs at this point carefully. Thats how i do it.
