Yes sir,
This was just a smoke test. Those 3 bags are set aside just to make Rick Simpson Oil.
1 bag with the vacuum-sealed flowers continues to cure (I am waiting for at least 6 months). I can only consume about 0.2 grams of Malawi with a rice grain-sized amount of RSO once or twice a week (maximum).
I haven't consumed regular cured cannabis since 2011 (ever since I learned about fermentation). Normally, I don't like the taste of cannabis when smoking it, BUT after fermentation, I end up licking my lips—there's such a difference.
A big difference

Ok @Tangwena ya filthy cobhead you!! I'm part of a couple private groups on FB and there's a Rasta gentleman who is in Jamaica and he shared this picture. I asked him if it was ok to use and he didn't care. The first thing I thought of was cob/fermented. Sold around a place called Coral Cove Jamaica. He said it was really strong. I asked if anyone ate/chewed it but no answer. I know he's not on much. What do y'all cobheads think? Enquiring minds wanna know!! Happy Tuesday/Wednesday!! 😎✌️

Bloody oath it is brother.
Not much fresh green in there ha ha
I can see a bag of twists below as well. We used to buy them for 10c each enough for a spliff in each twist.
That could have come straight out of Africa my friend.
When the twists are about a quarter that size its usually dynamite ha ha.

Niccceeeee!!! I thought maybe that's what I might looking at!! I'll probably post it on 420 mag in the cob thread too. I am getting excited about eating this cob soon. Although premature it'll give me an idea of what might be in store. My brother really wants to smoke it. He understands that it's just a hint of how they will turn out. All of them are really small. My biggest one was a 37 gram bud I removed to stop mold. That one smells like beef jerky!! But until then hurry up and wait. Leaving on holiday the 11th. Definitely gonna try eating some before we leave. I need these harvested and the 3 autos I started to be in place when we leave. I'll keep updating occasionally. Thanks for verifying the cob picture buddy!! Happy Wednesday!! 😎✌️🎶

I didn't really pay attention to the twists below but yeah that confirms enough for me. If he answers me I might ask him how much they're going for now. I bet it's not a dime!! Haha Happy Friday/Saturday!! Hope your weekend is rockin!! 😎✌️

I'd also be interested if he is from Africa or where he got that style of deal (twists) from.
I'd also bet there is an African involved in the growing and sales somewhere along the line.
Nigerians are everywhere these days and South Africans not far behind ha ha.

Got to try my first cob today, I made it from Somali taxi ride and here's how they look. Smell is very nice. Reminds me of brick in some ways tho definitely way better.

I ripped open that nug I'm at the point where time to finish drying and 3 more months of cure to create rocket fuel. It's already really good but most is going for another 90 days. I have several others to try in the coming weeks ace Malawi and other Malawi gold plants as well.

@jonesfam7715 , Well, how is the Somali Taxi Ride cob vibe? I know it's early still, and they will continue to improve, but it's always fun to do an "early" test ;) Hope it's a good one, enjoy!

It's very good herb going in and I'm sure that's a big part of it but there is a definite change in flavor and effect it's near pure sativa in effects very up trippy shit. Probably my favorite strain of my 2024 garden
They look really nice deep colors. Best to dry them well and then seal them up to age.
Even dried they will mature nicely and come out the other end better for it.
You should get the real Somali taxi ride smoking that once aged nice job man.

Once dried it will change again during the aging and the crystals will become more evident.
Its when the magic happens next lot try less time sweating and look for a lighter look it will give you both spectrum's.
The high will be more go go go this lot is going to be deep and trippy.
I like both but they are very different and good for different days ha ha.
I like the darker for when I want to leave reality behind. The lighter cures enhance reality good for socializing or working.

Just after drying for 2 days the crystallized parts are way more evident. Just wrapped these back up for another 90 days for cure. Very excited for these hope the sticks pull out of these.

Looking good @jonesfam7715 ! I might take a look at them again in maybe 30 days to see how they are doing, rather than waiting 90? . If they are still a little wet inside, which they might be (?) then taking a look at them a little sooner might be prudent? You know how they are now, I don't, so your call! They look so good now it would be shame to not have them develop perfectly, besides, you can get a few good whiffs of them while they are open and maybe break off a little "tester" piece before resealing them ;) ?. Cheers!
