Took it out today and dried it - didn't get to yesterday, just too much company floating in and out. But I figured a little extra time didn't hurt anything. I must have had it trussed really well because the skin was still nice and tight on her.
I didn't unwrap it because I didn't want to risk damaging/losing the husk. I just dried it until the husk was dry to the touch, then sealed it back up again...
Tangwena, we are running the AC here in the house. Should I take it and put it somewhere with no air conditioning for the next part of the slow cure, or do you think it will cure ok in here? It stays around 70-75f (21-23c or so) in here. Much warmer outdoor temps, and I can move it out if you recommend it...
