YES I see them now I dont know what the problem was. Looking good my friend you certainly got that resin to change nicely. Thats a sure sign its going to kick butt when its been aged and dried.
That nice yellowy color can be kept if the cobs are dried a bit before repacking otherwise if the cobs are sealed still wet the cure will get darker (and stronger) it might be nice to let one go that way and dry the other that way you will get 2 distinctly different cures with different effects.
Nice job my friend welcome to the club, your life will be changed forever ha ha.

It looks bloody fantastic my friend good to hear from you again. OMG if you ferment that girl your not going to know what hit you ha ha.
My one and only Ace Malawi was so strong after the cobbing it scared me. I have never had a plant do what that did to me before.
I got so high so fast I lost control of my motor skills and only just got to my bed before I just blacked out and tripped in my head for at least 2 hours, when I came back from the craziest dreams in which I could see myself walking around my house. There was 3 of me watching me watching me sought of thing.
I was talking in slow motion, moving in slow motion it was like being on horse tranquilizers ha ha.
I prefer the Golden Tiger all the phenos are good. But if you like to really get out of it you have the right plant. I still have 2 fem seeds of Malawi one day I will grow it again and see if I get a different pheno.
It probably needs a short sweat and long slow cure in the vac bag. Even the best hash I had in Europe was nothing compared to that cob. You aren't going anywhere after that stuff ha ha.
Please make sure you post lots of pics you may have a different pheno and it could be even better. It looks the goods in the pics deadly handle with care.
You are so lucky to be able to grow outside like that much respect my friend you are in for a treat.

Thanks Tangwena, I'm glad you could see them.
That's a really good advice you gave me to allow one cob wetter and another dryer, and that's what I'm going to do. I also put them in tall mason jars, vacuumed well, for the long term cure:

I was in super market a while back after chewing some skunk and all the stoner type people were looking over their shoulders but couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. Def not the old pensioner in front of them so who had the skunk ha ha.
I love it.

Nice work my friend but keep an eye on them in a mason jar as I have had mold start in jars even vacuumed. I dont think the vacuum is 100% in jars. Its ok if the buds are dried but cobs are usually moist inside.
If I was you I would seal them individually in bags. You can open the bags and reseal them any time to check the cure. I got mold in a jar that had buds in that were sweated and partly dried then vacuumed for long term storage.
It could have been I didn't get a good seal but it put me off using them for long term storage. I never have a problem in the bags.
Just a cautionary warning from my past experience.

Jesus you have a job ahead better do it shifts. Those cobs you make will be like gold in a few months. Every one I give mine to gets addicted almost over night ha ha
Because I understand their need I dont mind giving them some but sooner or later they need to make their own.
I was opening a bag of vacuumed Swazi cobs I made after Christmas. I had dried them some more a month ago and I wanted to check the progress. They needed another dry so I dried them until the outer skin was dry but if you broke one open the center was slightly moist not much.
I tried 0.5g chewed and spent the first 5 hours blasted out of my mind, writhing around on the floor with music playing just tripping in my head. My body was useless like I had been made of lead but my mind was running wild.
Its now just like a good trippy high very pleasant. But the rush up was overwhelming it just overides all your motor skills and detaches your head.
I will use 0.25 or 0.3g next time if I want to be able to answer the door ha ha
Very strong stony effect followed by a very strong trippy effect.

The Smell is lime/menthol with a sweet fermented smell only people who cob know. Its a super addictive smell thats like a perfume as they continue to age it gets more subtle and refined not as strong but just as intense.
Its very stringy like rolling tobacco it would be awesome to smoke the first draw before lighting would be heaven.

and a few more , vac packed and in the slow cooker . i have it turned to " keep warm " with the lid half off and its remaining at 42c ..now would you think that this is too warm ? and how long would you recommend that i keep it at this temp ?

hey doggie ..your up early mate , 6am ..approaching summer for you ?
i think tangweena recommends just hours at that while its vac packed , maybe 36hr then several months curing after that ..he must still be in bed ..or out fishing hehehe ..
