Wow those Cob fillets remind me of beef jerky, although chewing these would produce far more desirable results than would chewing beef jerky.
In a plastic bag they look just like shaved beef jerky thats just what I thought too ha ha.Wow those Cob fillets remind me of beef jerky, although chewing these would produce far more desirable results than would chewing beef jerky.
This is one of my favorite plants from my last grow part of the main cola was compressed without cobbing it ended up flat like a piece of card board and is easy to cut up into dose size stamps making it really easy to use chewed or broken up and smoked.
Just opened after 3 months vac sealed post sweat. Stinks of fermented fruit and with a skunky peppery taste.
Top motivated high with spaced out trippy feel an absolute gem.
The white looking piece in the center of one of the stamps is not mold but the central core stem of the cola they always seem to cure white the same with the smaller stems.

when I go for my 7km walk in the morning I just keep wanting to run with my arms outstretched like I am flying the buzz is that fast.
Thats awesome man some people dont get much out of it for some reason must be a tolerance thing.Hey Tang, mouthwatering pics. I couldn't wait and ate a tiny bit of 3 week Z99 cob last night, not expecting much, but wow. 45 minutes later and I'm on the couch having a great time listening to some music. Every now and then I'd open my eyes to make sure it was still all there, haha. Hats off mate, a truly unique experience.
Been too busy to work out how to post pics, but I'll get there.

I certainly do maybe using it every day makes it work a lot stronger instead of less I dont know.
BUT when it works its a long stone or high and gives you plenty of time to get into the effects.
To upload pics start an album under "my IC" tab upload to your album and then from your album to your post.
Thats how I do it there may be other ways I would love to see a few pics sounds like you got it right if its working chewed.
Hey Tang, think I've worked it out.
Just took off the husks and noticed a bit of white on some of them, probably a bit of mold. Do you think this a problem? These were the first cobs I did and I think I probably did them a bit tight and maybe too wet as well.
I loved the high I got and it was only 3 weeks in. Tasted just like hash and the eyes closed visuals were beautiful. It felt like my heart got so big I was scared it was gunna explode
After seeing the mold I'm giving all the cobs a day out of the bags to dry out a bit more.
Mick, Ive experienced similar mold on cobs before.. I scrapped the mold off, and smoked the cob anyways. Im still alive and here to this day, so I honestly wouldn't give it much concern.
Yeah thats a bit of surface mold dry them as much as you can until they feel lighter and dry then reseal them.Hey Tang, think I've worked it out.

Hi my friend I know what you are talking about and I think the same thing is happening.Im a bit surprised that no one seems to have mentioned that the white, beige looking stuff that ends up on your cobs is most likely not mold. Assuming you made the cob properly.
If you have ever made or witnessed someone making extracts, especially extremely terpy ones, you may at times see the same white looking stuff as extract ages or dries. Now when we make a cob it has more terps preserved initially since we are using practically live plant matter. What i have noticed making a cob is, with extremely terpy material especially, the white mold looking stuff appears almost immediately when pulling out the cob to dry. If you are seeing this stuff appear on the surface within minutes to an hour or two of pulling the cob to dry it is most likely not mold. This stuff in my humble opinion is resin that have spread all the through out the cob and the surface. It looks white, creamy and beige. Im pretty sure what most people are seeing is parts of resins changing color.
Of ourse some people might get actual mold as well if they screw up the process. the methods introduced and developed here are pretty solid and hard to mess up.
Ha ha me too its not something I aim for but if its tripping me out I would eat anything ha ha.Mick, Ive experienced similar mold on cobs before.. I scrapped the mold off, and smoked the cob anyways. Im still alive and here to this day, so I honestly wouldn't give it much concern.
tangwena said:Very often I have like dried white sugar on the surface.
Under the scope it looks like sugar frosting or icing melted over the cob.
