Here is a couple Fems, from Seedheads. I believe the genetics wer from 2015.Really surprised at the density, strength of the stems/stalk and compactness. The plant, is very elastic, and takes a great deal of constant bending, to get them to do what you want. The are very noncompliant. They bend easily, but reorient themselves, almost instantly. The Puck/PNWHP/Puck, is similar, but it doesnt reorient as fast as the Destroyer. I was bending one 4 days ago, and napped the top off. I was possibly going to top it eventually anyway, but was going to wait a bit longer. The other one, is a bit slower growing, but other than that, is identical.
I really like what I see in these so far.
I started them under a 95w corn Cob LED-4800k, and kept it really close, and probably added to the compactness.
Then I planted them in 3 gallon bags/Promix BX, and started blasting them with a 6500k Halide, which made them really grow, and kept them compact.
Yesterday, I switched out to a 1000w Hortilux HPS, and will veg them for about 3 more weeks, and see if I get a bit more of a stretch, out of some Puck S1s, and PNWHP/Puck BC1-F2. And kind of trigger them like mid summer, with more red, but Im not reducing light length. They are on 24/7, but every several days, I turn the lights out for 3-5 hours to let equipment cool off.
I really dont need for the Destroyers to veg so long, as they will stretch some, but Puck/PNWHP/Puck, wont stretch at all, so I have to get them as arge as possible, as they dont produce much, t begin with.

This one is the one that got its tip snapped. It will be a monster in 3 weeks, even bigger, if it was in a bigger container. Its in 3 gallon. So it is greatly restricted, and is the reason I chose a smaller container. I feel the light is best used, in a 4ft x ft, but can be stretched to 5 x 5, and I have 13 plants. Upper mid right was the growing tip.
Anyone have any idea, on how much these with stretch, after flip?

This one still has the growing tip. It is in the upper middle The side branching, is very strong. Im tempted to not top this one.

looks like your doing a great job with those seedhead destroyer fems ...they do look very compact ,will be very interested to see how they progress in the flower stage,...i can only really talk about the 2005 vintage ..but the maiden destroyers really do love to stretch once they go into flower....keep us updated on how they perform brother
