hello again. got some more pics. ended up racing to get photos before batteries died, but my bro got a few good ones. these were day 46-hairs starting to turn on the first plant-they are getting there-developing a very distinct skunky aroma-very unique..

gettin closer. the word that came with the plant was they could be taken after 52 days. the more mature of my two girls is at 52 today, and she is not ready-figured it would happen, so i juiced them up till day 45-figure i will let them go to 60 to 65 days. just have to see.....

day 61 is here, and i think they could go as long as 70. just have to play by ear i guess. My bro who snaps the pics is gettin good!!! tested out a branch that was taken about day 56. when it was ground up, the smell was overwhelming. tonite i passed this strain on to another licensed provider. he works with people who have terminal and non terminal diseases and maladies. he got to try it out tonite and was blown out by it. this girl is potent!! in return i received the GDP BABY!!!!!!

anyway, very excited bout this girl. For those who have asked, this strain has nothing to do with TH Seeds' Mendocino Madness. not that i would have a problem with that!!!!found out the other day it did not get the name till it arrived in diego.

how can you be sure its not the same Madness strain used by THS to create Mendocino Madness? They say their Madness is a Cali strain also.

ezra-thanks for the comments. these girls sure are chunky-everywhere are buds!!! even the lower buds, the ones that usually dont make it on other strains had to be tied up. I guess without talking to someone at THS i cant know for sure. the name madness was applied to the strain only about 5 years ago. I think mendo madness has been out longer than that-would be great if it was, maybe i could get a little background. sent THS an email asking for info and mentioning this thread, but im sure they get alot of requests like that, and wouldnt surprise me if they did not have time to respond to every inquiry like that. Oh well....she is still incredible.

h&l-i keep telling myself im going to grow small plants, it just kinda happens!! especially since i started using canna nutrients. but these genetics really seem to be something special. thanks for stoppin in and throwin your two cents in....sub

Damn...those things really packed on the weight and have fantastic trichome coverage. Sounds like someone really worked over that Big Bud and was able to keep the yield while tweaking the high type. I have never been impressed by Big Bud nor has anybody I know that has tried it.

whats up redux? ya, know what you mean for the new big buds<out in last 10 years> but my friend had it in oregon some time ago and it was dank!!!! this def. has something worked in though-the smell is enough to keep this girl!so, i dont know, syrupy! the folks at innovative grow solutions donated me some cl-one to make pollen. just got some grandaddy purps that i will use the pollen on, and self a plant of madness. will be looking for testers so....
