What do you guys think could be causing droop? Too much water, not enough water or maybe a deficiency?

root's....
looks not as too much water because it's outdoors...
to me looks like someone is damaging the root's ...
rat's... mouse... rabbit etc... have a look ...
take a wooden stick and stick it around the plant in the ground...
if there are cavities you have voles or other rodents or mice damaging your roots!
check it out quick and do something against ... fill the holes and tunnels
than use root booster a few weeks...
more roots ... better flowers and bigger yield...
can use root booster on sativas till mid flower ...

i completly agree im no phd or even scientist the most youll learn about a plant is in the growroom so many idiosynchrises . that doesnt mean the learning stops there. a big part of breeding anything is to identify founder alleles and deterrmined the quantative traits which are linked gives you a whole new perspective on relationship betwen chemotype and home enviorment. those genes still control the plants in new home and hybrids

the golden triangle, south/china south korea and japan have the most diverse drug type genepools. these havent moved from their original enviorment and retain many ancestral positive traits. purple phenos, this crazy structure ive never seen anything like this plant. hill tribes can be a legit source of seeds. the khmu from northern laos that zomia collected is incredible. monster plants strong pine lemon over 20 percent thc .this line has been in tribe far as collective memory goes.

dj is actually popping these right now.. but these pics are from a couple different muang sing grows the crazy pheno is i think island organics?? from khalifia page thats what dj order these. the darker one is a nug run khalifa did and posted updates everyweek. and the 3rd is the most recent that huge plant is growing in central america and she fits right in.

stone guru is doing a round of this khmu ethnic hill tribe in north laos golden triangle. unlike some hill tribes lot of active opiate and cannabis growing cannabis for medecine, poppy for cash in golden triangle areas. also big ancestor worhip black magic type stuff. those guys always got the best bud lol

Doors x Ohaze #3 stabilized in the jar at 63%, pretty close to where I like it for cure. This is a new plant I have not flowered out yet…. So that I can compare it to the other two phenos I have been holding onto in the hopes of choosing a keeper.

This one is different from the other 2. It might change as it cures out but as of right now it’s got a fruity terp profile but with a menthol / wintergreen finish on the backend. When cured out #2 is all black pepper and spices, #1 is completely different but I havent really been able to put my finger on it…… and so far this #3 can be described as Mango menthol if there was such a thing.

The vape tester was great, nice and strong. Definitely cerebral. I’m going to have to grow all three of these phenos side by side to try and pick a keeper. I think they are all keepers to be honest. What a problem to have

have most i'll wanted to pair with the haze....
also Colombians ... old stock... Punto Rojo's and a few others... Mexicans too
and in spring i'll start the Asia haze breeding program...
and yes it's a good idea to try it out... first is Lao Highland Tribe x OHz...
also got the original Morocco landrace seeds Beldia from Riff mountain when i'lll was there... and some others from the locals...
but those selection is the time consuming part... and takes really long with true sativa's ...
not many working pure sativa's anymore...
wish i'll had more time and that it is legal here... but it's still illegal and i'll have to take care...
lot's of bad dudes here and @ the other place where i'll was ....
don't want the police @ my place
if it's going legal here... i'll doing full force to make the best out of it...

Eww lovely - how ya been brother; where you’ve been.., miss ya buddy, you build the ultimate full system controller yet, program OS..? Plants as always are looking great…

busy with real life work... need to focus on that for some time... works out very well...
not much time for forums and other stuff ... also got bored and too much upset @ the other place...
saw after some time that a lot things where wrong here because did not much posting and showing...
people mixed my work with others and so on... and it looked really strange...
way too much trouble for me... so i killed the line because nobody did care and was interested in my work.

the system is is running stable ... use the raspberry foundation ... but way too much work to make it a product...
maybe later when i'll have more time to finish the design...
a cannabis grow computer with time table and setup's for long flowering is still needed...
love the sensors ... that show exact when it need water and when to feed... sooo helpful for lazy growers
you can see also how much to feed and water... but need to write better algorithm ... was just to see if that way work...
soil sensor is most important... ;-)

Have you run yet the older New Caledonian from the 2000’s I bulked vs newer version going @ these days?

i'll got those from Dubi... think it's the newer batch... don't know the older... but had lot of different pheno's
from wispy to nice sativa colas ... love the special sweet smell some had #23 was the strongest and best to me...
use the best for cross with the haze... my fav smoke @ moment... but damn strong...

i'll said the 90 OHz is not so inbreed/selected as the Seedsman... there is way more variation...
crosses with the 90 OHz turn out to be better as with Seedsman male... more vigor more yield...

Ko Chang Thai, Hmong Hill Thai and Ko Chang x Thai Stick are from a member here...
the last Thai Stick is also gifted by a member here... did a repro and gave the half back as always...
it was original Gypsy Thai Stick...

You are going to love that Doors/Haze! It is now officially my number one favorite (it even surpasses the Nev Haze/C5 mango haze) which was an extremely hard act to follow

Bad pic of a volunteer from 2021 grow. Hard to mistake structure, thin leaves, and small purplish buds just starting to form at the tips. Have a few of these in freezer. Goal is to bring some zam x THH expression but decrease flower time. The father side finished perfect here last year. Let’s see what Nov brings.

I checked the ground like you said and there were no signs of pests or holes. This plant seems to recover overnight, looks great in the mornings and can droop later in day. It rained last night and this is how she looks now. She definitely likes the cooler nights so maybe she'll enjoy October here.

This is a lower side branch in back of plant and is so full that it's like having another plant.

yes it does seem like the best linked traits for resin/terpene/cannabinoids seem to land on the lower yielding calyx on a stick types. makes sense considering its all a defense system for the seed primitive types not selected for yield at all or feral. im working on a similar issue with my outback vietnam f1s. the #2 plant every surface is caked in resin and every bud is a string of pearls. since these important resin traits seem to be inherited as a linked group, im trying to find a proper outcross candidate to increase bud growth while maintaing the resin metabolism. some 12 week lines from south africa, mexico, png or even northern nld afghan. conversly i could keep the lady as she is and go bonkers on the plant count lol. i looko thru the old carlton turner us govt research papers mostly just for the pictures. nice to have a visual reference to the populations of ganja landraces before they were corrupted. this one looks just like the ftd haze female

Thanks brother she definitely turned out nice but honestly they all have! I’m having a very hard time figuring out which one to keep! You did a great job on this cross. That New Caledonia Haze sounds like one I’d love to hunt through as well.

This was the first time I flowered out this pheno so it is new to me but the cross is not, as I have been growing, smoking and enjoying two other phenos for over a year now and I wholeheartedly agree with you. Such a great-great cross.

Here are a few pics of Doors x Ohaze pheno #1. Some will have seen these photos and heard my descriptions before as I’ve talked about them elsewhere and earlier in this thread too. As mentioned above I still cannot put my finger on it’s terp profile it’s something I’ve never smelled before. It’s the fastest with a flowering time of 8-9 weeks and frostiest of the bunch I believe also, although it may simply be the darker background coloration of the buds that makes the Trichs stand out better. Great density for a hybrid with this much haze in the lineage. The finished product has an almost ghostly purple coloration laced with silver trichomes. Effect is strong and pyschedelic but it does have more body to it than Pheno #2 and also pheno #3 so far…. But Im just getting around to smoke testing #3 for the first times so we will see if that remains true with time. This pheno #1 does have a stimulant component to it but it is more psychedelic like a mild mushroom trip. Also I might be able to say it’s stronger potency wise than the other two as well.

Doors x Ohaze #2. This has become my favorite I *think*, although it’s really very hard to say as they all are great. While growing it has a menthol/wintergreen aroma to it but after a solid cure its terps change dramatically into a heavy black pepper and spices profile. Strong pepper & spicey notes that permeate the entire house if the lid is left off the jar.

Ive wrote about this phenos effect several times but I’m enamored with the effect of this plant. When smoked alone it is more cerebral than pheno #1, with less body…. But *possibly* less potency also. However, when pheno #2 is consumed with alcohol it has a synergistic effect that pheno #1 does NOT have. It turns extremely stimulatory in nature …. Herbal cocaine. Breaking this out at a party, BBQ or get together raises the energy of the entire crowd. People will spend all night blabbing away like everyone just went and did lines in the bathroom. I’ve affectionately named this plant “Chatty Kathy” because she effectively turns everyone into one. Visually she has less bag appeal than pheno #1 IMO ….. less density than pheno #1 (but more density than pheno #3). She also is the longest flowering of the three with a flower time of 11-12 weeks.

Not the best pic and oddly enough the only pic I have of her, I’ll need to change that very very soon when I run them all against each other in a 3 way shake down for the title
