My first melt shot with the mp-e
My first melt shot with the mp-e
Thanks MOnkey, I have been on the case with the melt shot macros for a while but have only got a dslr and the mp-e in the last few months.
This is my first melt shot with the mp-e, freehand and sunlit and not the best bubble for taking pictures but still shows me I am going to get the shots I am looking for. I think I will make a rig that comes off the tripod mount on the mp-e with a slide and a clip that can hold the gauze or the pipe, that and some extra lighting and I should be well away. I could get away with freehand with my old nikon 5400 set up but not with the mp-e and a dslr, I am really looking foward to getting similar images to my nikon but being able to blow them up to 1.5m wide prints. I will be back when I have better shots but for now, some Jack Herer FMCD.
