[Moldy Dreads]

I do make dreads with my beard, and was thinking of making some elsewhere.
Anyone try a full body dread before? I think I want to try..I've been shaving my body hair in some areas so it grows long and it's already jewfroish as it is, so the kinkiness should help. I also got some hair tonic and take bubble baths, it sure seems to help. Now all I need is someone to twist my back hairs and I'll be set, Guiness Book here I come..

I can respect a person with dreads if they have some understanding of their significance. Not if they've just appropriated some very important religious/cultural symbols because they think it looks 'cool/alternative', which a large amount of white dreads are guilty of. Where I grew up, if anyone had dreads they were Rasta, simple.

Now I live in a town with no black people, but more dreads than I've ever seen! Bizzare!

is this helping the "cause"? it's the conservative types that we need to convince. It would be much more effective if "normal" looking people in suits and crew cuts smoked pot openly. It's called counter culture for a reason, and while I believe culture of any type adds to the richness of society, it's not necessarily good for "normalizing" pot smoking. Perhaps the problem is that more business professionals need dreadlocks and pot stickers
