48 hrs after my first experience with Aloe Vera Tea (sourced from living plant... all I can say is.... please everyone try this. It is easy and it WORKS. in just a short period of time I've seen some nice improvement in my young plants. :)

Glad you're pleased. Have you noticed the root development yet? That's only one of several things that blew me away when I first started using Aloe vera in the rooting process.

Talk about cheap!

I mixed a botanical tea for a friend that was having problems with some cuttings that had roots but they were a mess. Comfrey tea, BioAg Fulvic acid and Aloe vera. Pretty amazing turn-around. He's such an idiot on gardening - it's beyond belief

Rip City is the nickname most removed from common sense I think. A coach makes a random scream as a three pointer goes in, better make it the city's sports nickname? Idunno.

That's surprising - with the right Advanced Nutrients line of fertilizers anyone can become a Grand Master Gardener in no time...

The Advanced Nutrients' product line with the word 'Master' in it is what has had him mired in a huge mess for the past year.

Maybe he should flush with a 'carb' - claim is that it will release the ions in the rhizosphere and all will be good......

'Ya can't fix stupid'

Let me ask you a general question about 'praying hands' as they're sometimes called - "If you applied a specific botanical tea and the praying hands stayed for 4 days (96 hours) - would you feel that this was a good thing?"

Just curious as usual......

Praying usually develops to an "unfolding" type look as new growth appears. Often that new growth will also be praying. If they are continually showing new signs of growth, and overall health, I wouldn't complain.

If it looks more like they got stunted, and are not growing, I might step back on the dosage, if it was aloe or another well known tea. If it was one I was testing and hadn't heard about or used successfully in the past, I would ditch that tea.

Accelerated development in the apical meristem is another observation so no, there is not a lessening of new growth - quite the opposite.

But the praying hands remain as strong on Day 4 as Day 1

About a year and a half ago Coot got me to try this...the results were the same as what is being reported now. Back then we were a bit skeptcal about making these claims....we just didn't have enough proof that the 'praying' leaves thing was going to be something a lot of growers would be seeing since we were the only two people afaik that were doing it.

Well Mr. Coot...looks like the shit works eh~ If there is any ground breaking new MMJ growers stuff going on now...it's the shit happening right here that Mr. Coot is provoking the brave to experiment with.

Hats off to Mr. Coot...Jorge,Ed,Kyle,etc...are you paying attention here? We should be seeing "Aloe Blast" soon from spewganics inc eh...

I'll try to get some pix of this very aloe foliar and the praying leaves thing soonish kidz...

The first test that I ran was rooting cuttings in the following mediums: Rockwool (Grodan specifically), Oasis Cubes, straight Spharnum peat moss, RapidRooters (that brand specifically), a RapidRooter knock-off (General Hydroponics - LMAO), and the same soil mix that I use for growing.

In each and every case when the roots pushed out away from the medium instead of the roots pushing a couple of inches and turning brown starting at the tip and moving back to the cutting (like we've all seen), the roots never turned color. I posted a photo around that time that showed roots up to 10" in length that were not only 'pure white' but the girth was incredible.

Then I called BioAg and asked them about adding Fulvic acid into the solution and after that conversation I figured out the correct numbers and ran that test and added kelp meal tea @ 50% of the regular dilution rate to pick up the 'rooting compounds' contained in this material.

In both tests no 'rooting compounds' were used - IBA, IAA or NAA - nothing.

Then there was the observation that the leaves were as green and vibrant as they were when cut from the host plants. I used 2 different T.O. plants and 'this other one' I grow for this test.

Then there was the lateral roots that developed. The root structure was so intact that you could cut away the cup holding whatever medium and they would stick straight out for at least 8" - i.e. no drooping.

Made planting a challenge to avoid breaking the roots. Obviously you would not want to let the roots develop that much but I was looking to confirm something I was told.

Einstein Oil works out to over $420.00 per gallon for diluted, adulterated 'Neem oil' (cough**cough**cough) whereas pure, organic Neem oil is only $85.00 per gallon and the rate of application is 1/2 ounce to 1 gallon of water so you would get 256 gallons of solution for $90.00

No wonder Kaptain Kutie wants to push Einstein Oil, Azamax, Azatrol and a plethora of new products hitting the shelves - maybe they've been reading organic grow forums?

I've seen the stuff around forever....I can't believe it's still out there. We saw the price and our jaw hit the floor so hard the store clerk looked nervous......good thing for him there weren't many people in there.

Inside joke?...I think not. No joke about it..people are straight getting fucked every which way including Sunday.

My friend is a full-blown idiot. Old friend but he couldn't figure out how to pour beer out of a boot.

You know the drill - it's the strain! No, it's the soil! No, it's the bulb! No, it's the reflector! No, it's the ballast!

"I know - I'll switch to a new 'nute program' and see how that turd flies"

He's pretty pissed at me because I refuse to provide any more cuts - besides he is convinced that my inferior plants are at the root of his problems (no pun intended) - besides you don't a 2nd bite of the apple from me.

I owe no one a single thing and I like to keep things that way. I refuse 'gifts' from anyone associated with the dismal MMJ scene in Oregon - no hooks. Favors always equate to 'You owe me because'

A simple organic soil mix would solve all your friends problems.

Imagine that?

..I showed a guy how to make BHO 15 years ago and because I 'showed him how' he expected half. No strings attached..I just said check it out I'll show you HOW. After the oil was purged he demanded half and since he was a 300 lb. muscle bulging bully type monster,he was then promptly escorted off the property by mini-14 and the hippie behind it.
Scumbags...crawling all over this scene.

Other hand I have heard it said, it's just as hard with the weight of lead." GFD
