Hey Tickle what did you use to capture your pics. I was using veho 200X, but was thinkin maybe to order veho 400X aswell
Just a 10.2 megapixel nikon coolpix p100. Set on macro mode and then I zoomed in and cropped those pics.
Grapefruit D-lite @ week 7
a different Grapefruit D-lite @ 9 weeks. hard to capture the frost on these, still playing with the lighting. lots of frost but the trichomes are very thin like hairs.
sashaf3 @ i dunno somewhere between 7-9 weeks. popcorn from the bottom, this plant gets frosty from the bottom up it seems. there's almost nothing at the top., gets frostier as you go down.
sashaf3 -another popcorn, frostier still if you can see it. i need a better camera.

I also use a nikon coolpix lt1 and think it takes good pics too.I'm no pro but...nice images
sorry my camera skills and plants aren't up to your standards. im gonna go save up some pennies and buy some growbooks and one of those camera's that doobie duck uses.

or maybe i dunno, this is a forum for everyone to show off their plants and grows, not just people who have 1000's of watts of lights?
im sorry my 70w hps buds aren't out yielding your plants under your hundreds plus watts of lights, sorry i only have a point and shoot camera with not that awesome of a lens. im sorry that my macros only look like 3x zoom and not 100x like yours. sorry i grow in beer cups and sometimes my leaves get burns from the rapid pH shift.
if only i had a whole warehouse in which to grow plants under 20 kilowatts of lights and a nikon d-50 with a nice zoom lens to capture it all so that when i post pictures in the frostiest bud thread the buds look like boulders covered in alien life, the trichomes look like tree trunks in the redwood forests of california, and the individual calyxes appear to be the size of volkswagens.
maybe then i would be worthy of posting in the frosty buds thread.
jeez when did you guys become so elitist? im sure i've been growing longer than 75%+ of you, all with the same bare minimum setup and i have learned a metric fuck ton in that time.
one of the things i learned was that i was growing weed to get high on, not pretty leaves to look at.

Seriously impressed at your results with your set up no joke that is pretty damn good 70watt light? Not bad at all man and screw the Nikon D-505345uidn395235updj4pdfpoijkfvdnklfnls or whatever it is. If you ever do grab a new cam I use a Canon Powershot SX 110 $150 bucks 2 years ago probably can find one for 50-100$ now...Does a fantastic job imo great value Adorama is a great site to buy cheap.

Stihgnobevoli's pics are no worse than half of whats posted here , experienced photographers should be encouraging people and suggesting improvements in a positive way rather than slag off people who try their best , often with limited kit.
