Supposedly snails and slugs don't cross lime. All the spots I limed have no snails or slugs. Used ag lime. Might work for u. Did u lime the soil?

i didnt use lime this year i used oyster shell flour. im gonna try the local hardware stores and see if i can get some lime and try it. idk why these mfers have started to fkk with me this year. i have never in my life seen a slug/snail till this year
hey pipe thanks bro! ya i really never exspected the transplants to even live but i said before i let some junkie get it i will take the chance on it dying and it was a damn good transplant ideal bc its worked great. slowed them down a week but now back on track. i was giving them B-52, aloe, frass,bio-root and golden tree each watering and i topped dressed with some milled barley for enzyme production to go st8 to the roots right after the transplant to help them adjust..i think the wet weather we had in july is what has caused them to appear. i take each one i find and crush the mfer!!Glad to hear your transplants are back on track for flowering! Thats amazing isn't it! They are tough, especially if they have sun and water.
Good luck with the snails. I've never had much problems with them, luckily. We dry out a little more maybe. Not as hilly here. Been good ripening weather, should be dense!
i got copper rings around mine. the only place they could still get on would be the plant tape i got tied to a tree to hold the plants up in prep for flowering, which im gonna put a piece of copper tape around that as well now. they only got a couple leafs and didnt get on no buds yet. im gonna try and find some slug bait around here and circle it around the holes..fkk these slimy bastards!!Don't feel like your the only one...... they got my gals too.
For my area it's gotta be the wet whether..... s.o.b's
Lime works as does salt but doesn't stay long when rain comes, been using copper rings at the base of the plants seems to work.
Man, you're working hard this year! Double digging all these plants! Thats funny! You do what you've gotta do.
Ky, are you getting any BT to spray for caterpillars?
ive studied my ass off since last years demoralizing season with bud rot and wrong strain choice opened my eyes. it humbled me that i was not as great as grower i thought i was since i had a very good 2013 season, but its really the best thing that ever happen to me bc i have learned a shit load more things that i was doing wrong in the first place. guerilla growing is in my blood and all the backbreaking work will hopefully pay off in the next 30 days or at least thats the goal actually i dont really find that this is work its something i love doing and i have a huge passion for growing the best ganja i can
Very true its a labor of love. We work hard, but its rewarding working with a plant that responds when you show her love. I dug out both plots this spring without bringing any water. I had smoked before I went out because I knew I was going to be working hard. That was the driest cotton mouth I have had in a while! I was beat. Bringing water next time. that was probably about 1600 gallons of digging, if you consider each plot to be about an 800 g pot! I dug it all and was ready for more!
Stacking up the flowers nicely! The Jacky White is bushy as can be. Super cropping works!
