Shorty smells soft sweet floral smell, other girl smells of marigolds and muscle rub.Shorty def has some malawi in her but smell is very reminiscent of an old sat leaning NL cut that was around from the early 90's over here.

Hi all,

I got one little KA5haze girl - only 17 days old, still in veg. I'm very impressed so far. I got my nutes and everything dialed in for many grows and yet she drinks at this stage more than any plant I've grown.

I'm feeding her borderline the amount of nutes I'd ever think of giving her so young and yet, she is like 'Throw more at me, bro'...

I'm impressed.
And a bit worried about her stretch in flowering...

An amazing plant so far.

It’s been just under a month since I chopped my Killer A5, and I’ve sampled her a few times now. It’s certainly early still, and she’ll need more time to cure ... but all the samples have been consistent in character and effects, so I wanted to write up an early smoke report.

Here’s a few pics of a sample bud off of her. I’m not great with bud shots, I’ll need to practice, but this pheno was a heavy haze leaner. Buds are of a typical haze type. Airy, spongy, slightly fox tailed and up close they glisten with a crystalline appearance under decent light. Trichomes are smaller than Indicas or modern day hybrids.

The nose upon opening the jar is nothing to write home about, she’s not a super terpy type and at first I was a little put off by that.

Im glad to say thats where the disappointment ends though! I’ve been vaping her since the buds still need more time to cure. The smoke packs some pretty good flavor not at all represented in the nose on the jar. The taste on exhale is somewhere in the area of floral, perfume, and/or potpourri. Very pleasant.

As of now, the character of the high is 100% creeper, and slow creeper at that. It does not immediately hit you which can be quite dangerous as the potency is out of this world. Admittedly, I am not heavily experienced with these psychedelic pure Sativas, but I have a long history with almost all other hallucigenic substances and I will say this, this particular pheno is the most psychedelic ganja I have ever tried in my life, bar none. It will be interesting to see how the zamaldelica and other ACE offerings compare once i get around to growing them and become more experienced with these types.

My typical smoking sessions aren’t heavy, maybe 3-6 pulls off the vape. In this instance, to judge it fairly I took only three good pulls. As mentioned, the effect comes on slow. First noticing it very slightly a few minutes after smoking. With 5 minutes it’s clear that perceptions are changing, 15 minutes later there is clear intoxication.... and this intensifies and builds for seemingly upwards of thirty minutes and even out to an hour I’d say after smoking.

It’s very much like taking a hallucigen, there is a definite “peak” to the high. A consistent effect for me is that after around 30 minutes I feel like I got smacked right between my eyeballs, almost like I’m cross eyed. Colors intensify, and I swear on a few of the heavier sessions (5-6 vape pulls) I’ve even noticed audible distortions at times. This is some very, very wild stuff!
:whee::headbange

I’ve smoked this now with my soon to be brother in law, and last night with my girl. Both of them were destroyed. My girl kept commenting on how different it was to anything else she had smoked before, and how strong it was. Neither of them noticed the cross eyed feeling, however so maybe it is something with my particular physiology.

I have to say, I’m a little scared of this weed. It is extremely trippy. Not something you can smoke every day. Without ever mentioning this to either of them, they both had made comments at one point or another that they were scared to smoke more when I offered another hit to them.

In the Zamaldelica threads people describe that strain as “terror-ific” .... I’d say that certainly fits the bill here. Combine that with the unassuming, airy Sativa buds, lack of nose in the jar, and slow on set creeper effect... I can easily see how this ganja could be dangerous.

While this pheno, being so haze leaning, may Or may not be typical of the phenotypes that commonly appear in the Killer A5 Haze line.... it definitely lives up to the name. It really is some killer ganja... very much so.

Thanks again ACE, such different and unique gems you guys produce. Looking forward to searching through more of your genetics soon. Although after this I might need something more mellow and not so hard hitting, might look towards the Nepal Jam or Tikal line for some feel good, happy vibe weed. This stuff is more like injecting low dose psilocybin directly into your veins!

Then again I change my mind constantly so who knows maybe I’ll end up with another head banger growing soon! Haha :D

Thanks my friend! I discovered ACE awhile ago.... back in 2013-2014. However the genetics I bought have been sitting in the freezer, in my seedbank. Im just now breaking into them, and at this point have accumulated a bunch of their lines. Only other ACE strain I’ve grown to this point was their Panama.

So it’s safe to say I’m just now getting around to “experiencing “ ACE

Those would be some rare genetics my friend hang on to them.

What a great read brother, I had a grin on my face the whole way down the page. Good to see strong trip weed still around. Those are the more memorable and learning experiences, but like you said, not an everyday weed, need that happy, laughing feeling on those days all those travel documents aren't exactly in order:D
Peace, God bless

Bless you and yours as well Solar! You want to know what’s weird? The original seed plant as well as the clones have a “burnt” weed smell to them while growing in veg. Very very strange. I’ve never had a plant smell like this vegetatively.

It literally smells like the black tar resin you scrape out of a dirty pipe. Very dark and ominous. Not in any way the fresh green grass, pine, or fruity smells typically found in cannabis while growing in veg.

Fast forward to harvest and smoke.... and the effect is kind of like that. Very intense and aggressive. Very in your face-take that.

If I were to assign a human emotion to the character of the high I would call it down right mean lmao Hahaha. She plays mind tricks on you. La llorona. She’s an exitoc- dark and ominous lady in all ways... and she will stay in my mother cab until she gets dethroned *if* I end up finding something more trippy than her because that’s definitely the category she lives in.
