hey Jm420 im in missoula just a short distance away.. there is some fire floating around western montana these days, just gotta know where to find it...most of the dispensaries seem like they are just getting going again after the raids this summer and the laws just changed so now you dont get to designate a caregiver who can also grow for you...so they took a hit on that because now anyone who wants to grow their own dosent get to sign up a dispensary.
once you settle in and get the feel for things you'll love it.. just make sure you got nice snow tires and invest in some nice ski's and your set.

also check t h c farmer's montana section there is alot of bozeman people hanging around on that thread who grow some real fire and run a dispensary there.. might be worth checking out.

Hey Dude, I moved here from the East Coast 15 years ago. In order to grow your own you have to own your own house or have written permission from your landlord. I'm guessing you went to Greener Pastures (or browner pastures) as I like to call it. Did ya see the local Bozo news last night. Dude got busted after his 4 year old was attacked by pit bulls. 71 plants and "could be facing up to life in prison" ...cut to commercial.

CI-110??? Hate to say it but now ain't the time for it man. If it makes it on the ballot it could jeopardize the medical bill myself and so many others worked so hard for.
If a person is on the fence about which way to vote for the med law and sees the next question is for full on legal....they might see where we're going with all this and vote no to both bills.

If you weren't here when the Feds came then you have no idea what you missed. Before they came it was a beautiful time to be alive. CI-110 will bring them back.

Also, for the most part you don't see East Coast strains out here...I've never heard of the strains your talking about either. I'm running Montana Silvertip, Trainwreck, OG Kush, and SSH. If I sound like a dick it's because you can take the kid outta the east coast but ya can't take the east coast outta the kid.
By the way you made it through the mildest winter I have ever seen.

I did hear about the pitbull incident not the bust though

The east and west coast attitudes are what fucked up our medical program. It started out quite and everyone was happy we were running big indoor grows and people were making bank and getting great smoke(at least from us) then we got a bunch of loudmouth ,greedy turds from CA and NE running carnivals with traveling doctors throwing it in everyone's face and peddling crap herb in huge quantities. It's too bad really the first time I saw this crap pop up at our county fairground I knew the reds would get pissed off and ban it.Then we started seeing huge billboards, massive road side green houses and people advertising free ounces for sign ups, in house doctors who would sign up anyone with a check book, free samples bla bla bla. The Tea party got in power here and gave an invitation to the feds to bust us up and they did. Couple years later it's all gone. I can still grow a few for myself but what a drag. If people had behaved themselves and been subtle and respectful of the rest of our population I firmly believe we would still have have a strong med program and would most likely be in the same boat as CO. Instead people are so disgusted with what they saw we will probably have to wait for the feds to act....maybe my grand kids will see it. I really doubt I will. And the Massholes, Californicators etc have moved on to fuck up someone elses state program. THANKS for the ATTITUDE Be-atches. If you miss it go home and find it.

Any other district judge would have caved under the extreme pressure of the rag ass state supreme court, the howling teabagger congress and the 423 not being overthrown in last referendum vote. Fuck. Will hear more on Montana Cannabis Information Ass. tomorrow nite in a conference call about the lawsuit they/we still have against 423. My opinion from a distance it should likely be dropped as Teabag Attorney General Tim (Fuck Face) Fox crows about killing it and fully implementing un-constitutional 423 (the end of MMJ)
