Mental issues have mental treatment. You don’t treat mental Illness by feeding into the delusion. You especially don’t treat mental health issues by chopping off parts.

That being said, adults are free to do whatever they want to their own body, whether that’s “transitioning”, killing their baby in the womb, or refusing a “vaccine”. Bodily autonomy is a principle that should be stood for in every situation, not cherry picked.

The goal used to be getting people being ok with reality, and loving themselves exactly the way they are without changing their body. Similar to treating anorexia.

if they are on prescription medications they do not require, pray to satan , and are emotionally imbalanced for example, and they came to a doctor requesting to be be mutilated. the doctor , rather than being a profiteer first and foremost and moving forward with procedure , should not be entertaining utter madness in such a manner,and instead should be offering solutions that are pro active and non harmful instead
