no shit, "presidential immunity". maybe Biden will send The Chump and Vance to Guantanamo (or drop them off halfway there) like Chump kept threatening to do others, for "the good of the nation and the safety of the entire free world". that should fall under "official presidential actions and responsibilities" IMHO.
