I dont get why the other side doesn't get that. Blue states have population density and most of the hubs for finance and trade. Stuffs really expensive, relatives in red states can't grasp that it costs 500k for a starter home, as such, we have to make more and that goes hand in hand with paying a shitload more in taxes. Blue states have the infrastructure for diverse industry, stuff gets finished here and quite a bit of the supply chain exists in those locations vs. just growing and processing raw materials like corn or livestock.
