If cops think you are driving around trying to buy drugs they will pull you over no matter what color you are. The situation gets even worse when you been around weed recently and the dogs hit on your truck. I had to get new seats and flooring last year because they ripped them up. They even poured out my drink into a screen and cut the can open thinking they were about to find bags.
Many states that have legal weed passed laws that prevent cops from searching based on weed smell alone.

When I got raided years back , they cut every plant off at the stem then emptied every pot of soil onto the front room carpet.

I don't remember if that was directed at you or not. But I made that comment in the context of nevertrumpers having hypocritical standards and expectations for evidence. Another example, and perhaps a better one is the idea that our hospitals are full of COVID patients. I'd like to see some evidence.
The killings were about race, they were meant to provoke racial tensions and twist blame onto Trump. But, just the same, for all of the rioters, you could say that they are racist for assuming that all white cops who kill black people are racist without any evidence that race was a factor in the alleged killing.
Speaking of evidence, Still waiting for the evidence of massive voter fraud.
In my area hospitals look empty because they are empty.

She says their losing millions every week as surgeries And cancer screenings/treatments and what not are cancelled

When I was a younger man and doing heroin everyday I would often spend a lot of time in neighborhoods (the kind with public housing projects) were the average skin tone was a shade or two darker than my own.
Cops would pull me over (driving/walking) and tell me to get the fuck out of the neighborhood, that I dint belong there.
they would bring me to jail if they found my works or anything illegal.

The main reason they ignored my dad’s rapidly spreading cancer was COVID.
It killed him - we were allowed in to the hospital in his last week, as they allow end of life visiting.
I have every reason to be angry with the situation, but if they had let hospitals continue as before, there’d be loads more infections related to hospitals.
Then everyone would be bitching that they didn’t close them.
What they really didn’t want to expose was that our healthcare system has been raped of its funding for the last ten years- and people dying without enough ic beds would have shone a light on it.

My wife had a surgery that was put off until there was a lull in the virus this summer. Tumors were removed that could not be determined to be benign until the surgery was done. We were lucky. The hospital has again stopped all non emergency surgery.

Things are pretty grim at my local hospital. Some good friends lost a good friend to covid a few days ago.

I live a bit north of ya. Our hospital just made another ward for covid patients. It's almost maxed out already.
My heart goes out to the Dr's and nurses who have to deal with this on a daily basis. You can see how beat down they are from this on their FB pages.
