:badday: I am mad...I am sad....and I am going to be the biggest grouch on earth for a few months. Being that I will be without weed for at least that long.

I did something I never should have done, I added something to my grow this time and my plants look so bad I am ready to scrap the entire grow and start again. It hurts me to look at them.

A friend gave me Dr. Hornby, piranha beneficial fungi and tarantula beneficial bacteria to help with good root growth. It was to be given in water in veg and up to two weeks in flower. I followed the directions and added it just like it said.

All of my plants are runts, the smallest things I have ever seen, but they have great big huge root balls!!
I have 5 in flower and I bet I don't get an oz total out of them. I didnt do anything else different from my other grows except this.

I didnt listen to my own advice and keep it simple. This sucks.

It's too late to change anything now, they are at 6 to 7 weeks in flower, not a thing will help now I don't think.

So, I guess Ill let them go another week, then chop them down and just start over.

If it aint broke, then dont fix it. You were doing just fine without the advice of others . now you took advice and see what happens? I stay away from stuff like that. If i want bigger roots i wait till they are rootbound then transplant, then wait again till rootbound and transplant again. i let the plant grow the roots it wants, not what i want . If you want big roots i suggest you do that and veg them for a bit longer, dont use crazy additives

=/ im sorry to hear that POMH. . .

but all things happen for a reason i suppose, so try and keep your head up and stay positive about the situation. . . i understand what a heartbreak it can be when your babies are sick, but sometimes its best to end their suffering =/

im going to hope for the best with them, and pray that they turn around and perk back up, we all know how resiliant our lovely ladies can be. . .

either way youll be in my heart dear. .

lots of Love and Light

Nevermind....yes...I know and I could kick my own ass for that! This is my very first time of having a problem with my grow. DUh...I feel quite foolish.

Rasta...thank you, you always have a great perspective on things and I thank you so much for that. And you are right, it is seeing my babies suffering that hurts the most, I get a lot of joy from growing my herb.

mooo...

Sorry I have no advice to spare, so far along into flower its very difficult to change anything now. Sorry for your loss, but I suspect you have good karma so life has a way of giving back to people who deserve it. maybe tell your plants a knock knock joke? maybe flush for a week then give them an extended period of darkness. darkness seems to always encourage growth for my kids.

I'm sorry Core, guess we live and learn don't we? Yes , I do have some cuttings in veg in the bubbler , I'll chop these and flip those in a week or so I guess.

I had 3 others in veg in soil that I gave that crap to and I flushed them and transplanted them and they already look happier to me. But yeah, its too late for the others, Im already doing plain water end of harvest flush.

Thanks stealthballer, happens to a lot of people at one time or another I guess.

So sorry to hear of your bad run of luck... but I know that if anyone can pull a rabbit out of this particular hat, it'll be you.

I'll also bet that you're pissed-off enough to make-up for it in the next grow by at least 5-fold - I can't wait for the thread! (ehhh, thats a Hint, and a challenge! - you know, get back on the proverbial horse, and all!!)

pomh, I just browsed this thread start to finish. I am very impressed. Very nice job you did, those look really good. Sorry to hear about your potion not work out.

Also, did I recieve these white rhino/ lowrider/ beast seeds or were they the right ones?

I popped 2 of them in some soil along with a funky bagseed.

Well....here they are. My midget plants, put my hand there to show you just how small they are. Remember these are ranging from 5 to 7 weeks in flower.
I did flush the hell out of the ones in veg and repotted them, they may bounce back some, but then again I don't know.
This is embarrassing to post pics of.......

"You see this hidden hunger in many soils, and symptoms don't always show up in some plants," Huber says. "You may have a plant that's a little stunted and the yield not as great, and you don't know why. Micronutrient deficiency may be the reason."
