Good info Doc, I was thinking since I'm keeping everything optimal I could easily keep the plants really small, and the foilage wont block so bad. Minimal stretch, and basically just little dense nugs on sticks, not enough stretch to faze the light. Then again if that doesnt work as planned then keeping it perpetual with smaller plants in the middle is definitely a great idea man. Thanks alot... lemme know more if ya can think of anything. I just bought 4 4" louvers.... they have I believe 3.45 square inch actual opening for airflow so I that is 13.8 sq inch intake, and 12.56 sq inch exhaust. That is 10% extra. With that said I wanna probably have a fairly freeflowing carbon setup.

The cabinet is 12"x12"x36", and the top section will be probably 12"x12"x6" with a 4" AC fan, and a 1"-1.5" layer of Carbon with metal screen on top/bottom. I'm pretty sure the carbon wont hurt the fan too bad, and the intake should be large enough.

**EDIT** I'm thinking I may go with a 3" fan just so the intake is sized a bit bigger, I'll use 3 of the louvers.

Dr Bud! Wow! Your micro grows are amazing!! As soon as I can get some more lights and some aquarium supplies I am going to have to try this! I have this plant that I have regen'd after she gave up some awesome buds. Must have gotten 3 oz of her! I red in this Ed Rosenthal book that I could regrow her if I just left some leaves and little bitty bud on her and re-pot her. Now I have like tons of leaves and stems! I have gotten 3 clones to root so far. I have got to get this bubbler thing going!

At what point do you start your seedlings and clones on the nutes? Are you starting at a different point whether you're using your organic tea or the schultz mix? I don't mean to be curt but I'm doing a 12/12 from seed right now and can't find much opinion on this.

I don't trim any roots ever....they are cut..... rinsed well with clear water....givin a good watering....and then they sit up on the 24/0 shelf til they show new growth...real growth not single bladed leaves....at that point I trim it to 1-3 tops and send her back thru

That one is quite important, hehe.
I tried flowering clones that were barely back to 3-fingered - what a mess but a lot of nice popcorn for the bubblebags; My Satori hermed a lot when not fully back in veg before flowering again.

I'm planning to do this with coco hempy buckets in a case thats 24 inches tall over a 2x1 footprint with 32 plants with 10 42's

I was wondering how tall your containers were?
and how close your plants can get to the cfl's without any damage?

also what kind of ventilation do you think would be addequate for this?
(I am running satori by mandala which should be decently heat resistant)

I just wanted to say hi, and I have been following your your threads with great interest for quite awhile now and I have to say you have got me back into the idea of growing again after a 10 yr break so thanks for that All the best with showing the naysayers the truth . Wow 35-50 days more to go? You're gonna have some pretty damn nice buds if those strains are such long-flowering hybrids. If that's the case then the REAL budbuilding has barely begun Or perhaps you just like letting the buds mature very well? The stretching phase was pretty much done at 3 weeks - typical of stuff I harvest around day 60-70 12/12.

Soooooo nice! they look big. How much you think you gonna get off them? in the higher realm I think you said bout 12 grams a plant? Anyways look at you posts every second day first thing after I get home. I just thought I would say nice grow hope it goes good and I am following your method and just set up my box.
