Cmon O! Get that other half of this post count up, so we can shroud you in the crews paradise. I.E. Social group. I can't begin to tell you that once you are outside a situation, looking in, you tend to miss details that are always the ones that get your ass knocked down and sitting for whatever fucking idiotic laws to do with this plant. We as a crew have taken some hard F.U.C.K.I.N.G knocks, lost a bunch of dedicated soldiers along the way, praying that those who weren't fortunate as us, and suffer needlessly is an atrocity at its worst. You guys were always fam. Right from day one, you accepted us and we readily welcomed you guys into the fold. That was an awesome day, but nugs N jugs, THAT was an epic weekend for many, and I have this hole of regret to this day for not making it there for the first one....

What's missing from your re-introduction is the tale of how exactly you were a fugitive from the law...then suddenly back home and on IC. No explanations and no discussion of how all those serious charges got dropped? Everything's totally cool now? Sounds too good to be true. Did you meet up with a genie or leprechaun who gave you a few wishes and erased your criminal history?
So not saying you're here baiting folks for some kind of nugs n' sting party, but maybe you should share some details about your mysterious salvation.

Thanks Paladin for being all chivalrous. Not sure why you're the mouthpiece and answering for someone else but I could easily drop links to the original crime story, and then you could judge for yourself how someone on the lam goes from being Saddam Hussein in a spiderhole to better than good with no time done.

Details Please, don't get upset with Pal, he is sticking up for me, because he has been a friend through all of our travails. I never said its over, I said the running is. I'm not giving many details, because I owe you nothing. If you think I'm a snitch, out to get you, then why would you come to the thread? It's quite insulting that you would say that. I am used to that though. But I remind you that when you attack your own kind, you weaken us. I have no reassurances for you, that I'm not what you are accusing me of being. I'm in a good and positive place, and I wish you peace and positivity, and luck in all your endeavors.

I'm not attacking you, and if you've taken it that way I probably hit a raw nerve.
You're right, you don't owe me anything. But don't think for one second that anyone with two brain cells isn't asking the same questions even if they don't say it straight out.
You can't disappear and reappear without folks thinking shady things. Not in the real world. Paladin can get his testosterone pumped up like some guido at a rave, but it doesn't change the facts that are obviously missing.
So don't tell anyone anything, that'll sure build tons of confidence in the community.
Getting popped with almost 600 plants and taking a hike for 5 years isn't something folks walk away from without some issue.
I honestly wish you all good things and hope you're not a snitch here to throw folks under the bus just to beat your rap.
And Paladin, just so we're on the same page: You've probably got a killer comeback like "I know you are, but what am I?" Some advice, keep it on the playground youngster. There must be someone with a toy car or lollipop you can play with.

Details please, if you know the story, then you know us, so pm me, and tell me who you are. We ran for 5 years, and we never knew if there were federal charges. We hired a lawyer 2 years ago, and we have known what the state charges are, but unclear about fed charges. We hired a federal lawyer a few weeks ago. We were away for the weekend, but not far from work, when our boss called telling us the alarm at work was going off. We booked it to the car, and I decided to drive, and I kept yelling at TOH to hurry. I backed my car into a car in the hotel parking lot, but I didn't realize that I did, and I drove away. My friend called me a few minutes later , cause she stayed at the hotel, and said that some guy called the cops and I better get back. I couldn't leave my friend at the hotel, so we drove back. I can't run, cause I'm on crutches, and I hoped my false ID would hold up. I told TOH to get out before the cops came. He left on foot, and I waited at the car, for the cops. My false ID held up, and I thought everything was good. Unfortunately when TOH left, he forgot his insulin. The stress of the situation caused his blood sugar to skyrocket, and when the police found him, he was pretty out of it, and they assumed he was drunk because his blood sugar was so high. They took him into custody and because he had no ID, they fingerprinted him. The gig was up, and they came back to the hotel and arrested me. TOH had to be taken to the hospital with a blood sugar of 480. We were arraigned in the 1st court for giving false names, and sent to the 2nd court to face our original charges. They asked for large bail, and our lawyer got it down to under 10,000 per person. We were released and blown away. We thought the Feds were going to take us, but from what our investigator has determined that the warrant to search was bad. Now we have a trial to deal with, but we have a good lawyer, and no fed charges. We also found out that because we were never arraigned on our charges, we were never a danger to anybody or are kids when we were on the run. I'm definitely not upset with you, because you have a right to feel any way you want. I also am not bothered by you calling me a snitch, cause there are too many people on this site, that can say 100 percent not true, cause they have never been in any trouble. I do understand people might think that, because that's how it's been for the last 5 years, so not surprising there are still people that might think that. I see you just signed up, but you "know my story", and I'm wondering who you are that you just signed up, but know so much about my situation?? Are you perhaps one of the "friends" that turned away, and now you are coming to try to shred me, and insult me, and call me a snitch. I'm sorry for you, because if you are one of those "friends", you lost 2 of the most solid people you will ever meet. I wish you nothing but peace and positivity, even though I think you are only ballsy when you have the anonymimity of a computer keyboard to type such foulness. I came back here because I thought I could find some connection to my old life, but this is the type of connection I don't miss. I just wanted to be me again, because I have been gone from myself for a long time. Sorry my being here has offended you so much, that you started a new account just to shred me. That's def something I don't miss, the negative naysayers. After what we have been through, you are kind of a jerk for doing this in an open thread. Who are you?

Details please, don't believe everything you read in the paper, about numbers, because 250 of the plants were unrooted cuts, and they didn't even count them when they charged us, because they all keeled over when the humidity dome was removed. The numbers changed, and the vegetable matter they weighed up is what we are charged with. Remember, unless you hear it from us, it could just be info from another ballsy computer person��

In some worlds they want papers in hand before you make an accusation like that, personally I have a hard time with the snitch scenario for several reasons
First because the laws in the area of their incident have lessened which means people growing aren't worth as much to the man?
They want bigger fish and bigger pond, you think over the last 5 years they have been networking the underground or on the run?
Second If they where going to roll why not do it when the pressure and the emotion was fresh and they where raw, why suffer half a decade trying to find a way to be free, why suffer the ordeals they suffered through if flipping would free them?
Thirdly, would LEO and judicial districts even do stuff like offer a deal to a 5 year fugitive?
Fourth, she is being open about her identity, unlike you.

TBH I think it is about time this community address this questions and concerns, not regarding outcast but in general.
There is no protocol for when a friend or a member of the community gets in trouble, there is no stately wisdom or elder of the tribe guiding us safety along
it is on us to get benefit from wisdom and communication, address common fears and concerns and educate each other in how to support ourselves through these pressures to a successful outcome.
Funny u should mention this.. Several Broke Assed Growers have been discussing some way of helping those in our community under the the Jack Boots of Leo... Sometimes Outkasts see things differently
