These two parts are in disagreement. How can you possibly grow in 25 ft square of space and yield / possess less than 1 ounce? It is illegal to posses more than 1 ounce? What is the penalty for doing so?

Spend some more time reading it. You can possess as much as you can grow in 25sq ft in your own home. No limit.

Also, it says "25 square feet" There is no mention about height limit.

I can build a skyscraper tower of weed in my backyard if I wanted to. I could do so in my house as well. 25' x 25' x 100' ahaha.

See what I mean by vague?
That solves your space issue, Frozenguy.

What matters are my civil liberties and freedoms and 25sqft is enough to get me worrying about my legality.

You're talking nonsense. It takes it from ILLEGAL, to LEGAL. This is in regards to RECREATIONAL USE. Medical use via 215 and 420 are unaffected. Your freedoms and civil liberties in regards to non-medical cannabis use right now are nonexistant. This is a huge jump forward. It's not going to go from 100% illegal to 100% legal in one fell swoop.

If you only had 1 level, and had 100' tall plants, you'd be fine... add a second floor, and you've doubled your actual usable footprint. Maybe someone will try to twist it to be more like your interpretation, but that's just greed.

most laws have some ambiguities, this is the essence of a judge's job
there will likely be some limit applied here, judges will look to intent of the law
and the law states it is intended for personal use, no skyscrapers likely
serious money was spent here, some very good lawyers have reviewed it multiple times
but many laws have gray areas

Well you would run into zoning issues actually. But even if you had a room larger then the standard 8' ceiling, maybe say 20', I dont think you can do a second level. I uh, well it is vague, but I'm sure it would be considered double sqft (whatever one of them is) and in court it would be found not legal, and set precedence for future cases. But it could very well set it in the opposite direction. But it wont be vague for long.

Every seen a vertical grow? I'm not talkin about 100' tall or even 10' tall plants here.

I'm well aware of what you're talking about, and I can almost guarantee you a judge will disagree with your interpretation... but I'm sure if this is passed, a lot of it will be clarified in court cases pretty quickly.

i was thinking a 2 foot riser underneath for drying/curing, with a bit of insulation to keep temps cool
of course in NY, this is just fantasy(for the moment)

it's always the Cops and Big Brother who twist everything around.

If cops are against Prop 19 it must be good.

So we're just waiting for someone else to get fucked in the ass by a judge then we'll have our answer is what you mean?

I still prefer a set plant limit. 25 sq foot really limits your design setup. but I grow vert anyway so it doesn't bother me.

if you insist on bending over for soap in a bad place, you've created some of your own problems
someone will do something foolish, warehouse with 100 ft stacks or something like it
pain proportional to the degree envelope pushed
