Is there a 5th place trophy ? He said he should have 2 trophy's. 1 for Dinachem 1 for happiness 2.. Looks like Thomas was very Rude to him if I misunderstanding what he meant by putting his trophy up has xxxhole. NOT COOL

as always the ic 420 cup is a team effort, i was doing the announcments while STRAND was passing out the cups. if Thomas took a cup for happiness he totally shouldn't have. it's very clear that his entry didnt win in the listing. but yeah, there was a huge crowd around the trophy table and i suppose in the confusion it wouldn't be impossible to get it wrong. like i said though, it will get sorted out. this is the first i'm hearing of this situation, am looking into it. we will sort it out.

There is absolutly no need for a new cup, just as like you said get things sort..... if serious is serious they gave it back with a serious sorry pack

Still bitter after another endless attempt to order ending in failure, let me just say that I am shocked, SHOCKED, to find out an ICmag venture started with good intentions and ended with disappointment, due to shitty organization.

hey, that is NOT FAIR!

this has NOTHING to do with the organizers.
if someone picks up the wrong cup or breaks someones glass rig or whatever, that is the responsibility of the individual.

please let them work it out themselves and not spoil ICMag's reputation in the process.
this is a MEMBER organized event.

Its Thomas from Serious Seeds here.
Claude has also told me about the issue with the trophy for Serious Happiness.
I have contacted CLOUDZ and told him what happened.
The Serious Happiness he has grown won 3rd place in the sativa/grower category and he deserves all honors for that.
Since this is the VERY FIRST award of Serious Happiness, I wanted to take a GOOD picture for our website and that was simply impossible at the award show with the light there. So I decided there and then to take the trophy with me to our office, in order to make some pics and then send it to CLOUDZ. I even told the guy handing out the trophies that I am Thomas from Serious and that we will send it to CLOUDZ later.
Unfortunately this was NOT communicated in time to CLOUDZ, which is totally my fault.
Let me assure you, that it was NEVER my attention to steal his cup, its ridiculous to even think that.
CLOUDZ will get his trophy along with some thank you goodies from Serious Seeds for his efforts.

what are you shocked about? that we are all human and screw ups can happen amongst stoners? looks like you were shocked about a fart in a bottle in the end, a non issue so to speak.

i'd be shocked if there was no negativity from some, just human nature i guess.

as for your seed orders that's nothing to do with the ic mag 420 cup. pm oldpink with any issues you have in that regard.

I have been speaking to Gaius for several cups now about the grower/breeder separation issue, fact is the lines are blurred sometimes and for various reasons some people like to keep their businesses private and businesses who like to keep their inner working private.

Mainly for that reason I have been arguing for 1 Sativa cup, 1 Indica cup, I like the fact that ordinary growers can put in entries alongside the "best in the business" and get an honest view of where their schnizzle stacks up.

Gaius and his helpers have clearly done a great job this year and the storm in a teacup over this trophy really should not spoil it all, especially as Serious are widely known to be some of the few straight people in a very seedy world.
