Hi all,

I would like to thank the organisers of this marvellous event, we had lots of fun and very nice smokes with you guys. Organising something like this ain't easy, and is much appreciated.

Special mention to all breeders, growers and coffee shops for their entries, and congrats to all winners. Nice job mates!!!

Also, thanks a lot for the invitation to this event, we truly enjoyed this weekend and are already willing to meet you all next year. It has been a true pleasure.

What we should just let anybody come? Sadly that is not possible in these times. There needs to be some security.
If you are a positive influence on this site, then their should be no trouble for you to get a judges pass.

no need to put this on the site, it's my call as organizer. as far as i can tell the majority of the attendees are happy things are done the way they are.

wtf are you talking about? no one censored anything.

this cup is not a commercial event, it's organized by the members of ic mag for the members of ic mag. voting is done by the judges directly, samples are judges without strain names or breeder names. every judge that voted is listed. the whole voting is opened to all to see. organizers don't vote and don't even have any way to influence the results as the judges enter their votes directly them selves in the voting module. so get your facts straight. the reason we want to have attending members sponsored by long standing known members is for the event security and in the end we have newbs every year joining us, they are the ones willing to make that extra effort. not sure what your problem is but unless you get to the point i won't be responding to your ignorant bs again.

the whole point of this event is to make it as transparent and as objective and fair as we possibly can. anyone can go over the numbers them selves. every entrant has an equal chance, no celebrity judges and no celebrity contestants. samples have a number thats it.

if you have suggestions for how to make it better pls voice them. although it sounds to me like you don't have any understanding of how it actually was run, so probably won't have anything positive to contribute

we allow no cameras at the venues, again this is for security. not that you seem to have any concept of what that means. for the same reason the whole organizational aspect is done in a private password protected forum.

I think this was by far the most un-biased competition I've visited.

Also I liked the size of the event - it was small enough with good enough people to support "small" growers entries due to the low entry weight required.

You can find all votes and comments from every judge - I think that is clear enough.
I find judges used a different voting rank so looking into the judges other votes might help create a more accurate view of the scores.

Congrats to the winners and everyone who took part. Well done to the guy's and girl's who make this event possible. The cup has been really well cover on the mag this year from the entry pics to the judges votes and comments.

From the outside looking in the ic420 cup seem's to get better every year.

he also passed some out to the grower cup winners, not sure where else they ended up, GA will know.

yeah those red container grinders are pretty nifty, got one of them with a nice bud of nicole from Marimbera, had to soak it in dish washing water with lots of liquid for a night to get the damn thing clean enough to be sure they won't steal it at the border.

OGKB 2.0 is low stretch, self supporting in flower and yields heavy.

I'm following Josey's example and spreading her freely to the world to help sick folks.
