Fuck that! If your neighborhood is anything like mine strange vehicles are never good. Just because you're legal in a medical state doesn't mean they won't have a go at you. For all they know you've got 20 candles and are blowin' it up. See, the point isn't whether or not you're legal, it's whether or not they think you're worth something, can be fucked with. Being a legal patient does not protect you from that. And whether or not you're legal, it still costs to assert your legal rights, this is where they get people.

Just my opinion, but I'd be feeling the 'noids, too.

Nothing to worry about here in my mind. Cops are always looking for new places to hang out, eat pastires, drink coffee, and talk about bitches. If it keeps happeneing, I'd walk out there in my boxers and tshirt and ask them to keep it down because they are keeping your wife up (being polite but a little pissed too). Chances are they will move on to the next street to jerk off together.

this does make sense somewhat, they chose the spot because my lights are awesome and it's a secluded spot where none of their superiors would think to look.

Well "in theory" being in a legal med state would eliminate LEO fuckin with ya because of a small "legal sized" grow. Because 'the odor' is no longer a legal excuse to go busting doors down or even get a warrant, so if LEO is watching then they are most likely watching for indications of distributing.

But if I look out and see 2 strange vehicles parked close to my house? You can bet your sweet ass that I'll find out who they are and what they are doing or they will leave. And I'd make it obvious, like walking in front of the vehicles and photograph their license plates, with a telephone in the other hand.

speaking of which its actually happened to me...around 8pm i get back to my house from doing a couple of "errands" and as i pull up i see 2 impallas with marked plates(either gov't or cops or buisness owned). i pull into the driveway and immediatly stash my shit.

i go to a window and look at them so they cannot see me. 4 guys get out the first car and 2 out the other, it would be good to point out that both cars were parked on the same side of the street but pointing in opposite directions....so ya the guys get out and pop the hood of the first car and huddle around the motor making it look like they were working on something...

i decided to go and ask if they needed help...i get my boots on and go out the front door....they seen me, turned around and got in their cars and sped away before i could get to them....


these were obviously cops doing surveillance, the thing is they dont like you knowing they are watching.....im used to being followed and know how to get them off my ass...i guess you learn this with experience, lol

another time im in the back yard with a few friends and the neighbor from behind me goes to the fence and calls me over, i had never spoken to him and ive had huge gardens in my yard the year before...

so anyways he calls me over and says; " yesterday i come home from work and theres a lady parked in my driveway, i park in the street and ask her what shes doing in my driveway. (she was in uniform)" she says;"doing surveillance" so he asked her to leave...

so he told me that she was there doing surveillance on my house because its the only thing in her view, he tells me i better be carful and cover my tracks, and that the year before his nefew had chopped a few branches off my plants and he caught him and guaranteed that it wont happen again and that if i wanted to grow again there would be no probs from him....

all this and i thought he was comming to complain about the garden and the weed smell, lol...

initially i thought no. they dont set up right in front of your house generally. but the pealing out part when u went outside is weird....... get some counter surveillance up and see what happens.... if you got a good friend available, have him ready with car next time so he can follow them. once they leave get in your car, catch up to your buddy, and follow those fuckers......... at the very least i'd do a walk by from behind them on the sidewalk if you have one. one dude was right, cops with not alot to do like sitting around and bullshitting........ let the paranoia flow through you, analyze you entire situation and your weaknesses, fix/adjust what you can, then get on with your life.........

It is 3am and two perpetrators are ; drunk, using drugs, trying to get in neighbors home, take your pick.....squad cars show pretty quick as, well, it is 3am. Just being the concerned citizen. Cops from different jurisdictions usually dont mesh when no prior communication is present.

Cameras are nice too. Not surveillance type but the hand held ones. Just walk out stick a camera in their window and take some pictures and quickly walk back inside.

I did this to some neighborhood kids who were casing my house a couple years back. Never had any problems from them again.
