You have to have intent and pull the trigger. A billon guns wouldn't hurt you by themselves. Maybe they should pass laws that prohibit some people or make them go though a background check or register with the state or have a waiting period or a week training class to control those who use guns as criminals.

I dont get this at all, many people seem to think the french revolution is some kind of popular uprising, but as far as im aware its just a bunch of counter elites taking over from another set of elites.
Also I would personally argue that Britain had a revolution in the 60's which culminated into the 90's shift to 'new' labour and a 'new' Britain.
