Intent is not necessary.

Guns can fire without the trigger being pulled.

You should think things through once in a while.

People usually say the national guard is the answer to the question. I don't fully agree.
What kind of guns do you want to keep? How many guns per person?

Are you acting as Baldwin's lawyer?

Can you show me how the gun pulled the trigger or chocked the hammer by itself?

I wasn't there and I'm not privy to the type of gun that was used and I am not a lawyer.

I have dropped guns that have gone off and know that there are plenty of guns that are accidentally discharged.

You like to disregard facts when they don't serve your purposes.

I had a old Henry rifle fire on me once...but it was with the trigger cocked. I tried to lower the hammer slowly but the gun went off.
In boot camp I had a Beretta 9mm misfire. But nothing where it went off by itself. I've seen guns in movies go off when thrown

LOL, I call BS on that.. The hammer would at least need to be cocked, even then it's a hard sell that magnetic energy caused the trigger to be pulled. I'd guess that Dumbass shot himself.

decocker are becoming standard. Too many accidental discharges from manual decoking.,

2nd Amendment gives a US citizen the right bear arms for self protection of body and property but the most important part is to use against a government that has become tyrannical.

Type of arms or quantity is not mentioned. What does it take to overthrow a tyrannical government? Hopefully no arms.
