Dr of Stupidity
@Podenco , congratulations my friend!
Wow! We originally come from an area of the uk famed for its Asian population and it's curry houses. We missed good curry so much and travelled near and far trying to find it.
5 years ago I had an Ayahuasca revelation and have been doing an underground take away to the Brits ever since . Making traditional Indian curry is something I'd done for the family and fiends for 35 yrs and knew that I could do better than any of the places I've ever eaten in in Spain.
I have a friend in the village who had a spice shop and he can get me most of what I use and the children bring the more obscure ingredients when they visit.
The children also bring us a large box of all the traditional Indian snacks, not just the onion bhajis and samosas, but the other 8 or 9 that are found in most traditional snack houses. The deal is, "I'll pick you up from the airport, but you must bring snacks"
