The Oaxaca cross was one of my favorite smokes ever. Wish I had bred her with more than just headbanger and og. I also grew a pack of the nh21 x early MM. I was not nearly as impressed. But I also do not think I grew those as well as the deserved.

very much agree. kanga had "the goods" that made whole project become a reality. not only did kanga have these preserved gems also one of the most talented cultivators on earth. those big mullum types take alot of work id imagine to produce level of yields and trees seemingly impossible. bushweed also did a great job cataloguing the efforts of kanga with the motivation time thread going back way before nevils collaboration. certainly was a dissapointing end to the partnership. im jst happy have chance to work with any part of the lines.
that northern laos from zomia is very cool. these pics are from dusteds grow a couple peeps growing it at other place and some beautiful bud formation with haze C type profiles. its from khmu hill tribe in pak beng sourced by zomia

I find these stories fascinating..personally I always wondered why that plant back then did what it did..I don't know the version of sensi star(or was that super skunk?) used in that cross but I did at the time remember just side glancing a little research into who nevil was and he had a rich history with hazes...I'm not up on breeders or even pretend to know anything about breeding but I can produce some of the best looking plants on earth..I'm a simple guy really..when that ss/nevs was passed in my community to freinds it shook everyone..weeds that stain your whole bloodstream and fog your thought and feeling like that literally have come around for me maybe 2 or 3 times in my 30 yrs growing...I'm convinced though after reading on nevilles haze and the cutthroat history behind the stories it was something special..I don't know the cut that was flying around about 16 Yrs ago of nevs but if I was a gambler,I would bet that somewhere I got a hybrid of haze that stained my bloodstream to such a degree I'm still here wondering after 15yrs how to find a replacement..I closed down back then and lost the clone I'd been mothering and taking clone sets from..I'm still hurting to this day..never had bloodstream thickset user potent highs ever since..I'm dealing with mish mash seedbank shit that goes fizz pop and the high bombs shortly after..everything's like it..the wash has lost some greats..sorry for the rambles!!!

so im looking thru @l33t pics for a post about supplemental blue light for haze. and i run into the most blatant case of #shantifrauda ever. as most know the fate of Haze C breeder male is a highly debated topic with most saying haze C is dead and the current lines are not f1. the most recent pic posted of "haze C" on mns page was highly suspicous as it had purple and different structure. well i figured out why.... because the pic from mns site is actually a pic of erdpurt male grown by l33t!! i mean this goes beyond deception and shanti has stolen pics from l33t before. check this out.

wow the plot thickens.... another great find. i find it also hilarious that haze C likely met his fate in the switzerland raid and shanti chose a swiss line erdpurt male picture to steal. cant even begin to understand the thought process of doing something like this. just pure arrogance with a healthy serving of patronization to anyone who pokes holes in his obvious pedigree lies.

nevil let haze male A die and did not clone the first haze female but had no issues admitting it and moving on with the hazze plants he had left. shanti just doesnt give a shit about cannabis home growers or passion for haze breeding. look at what ace/karma/yo sammy have accomplished using just a few of the original f1 clones. so many directions could be taken but instead its backcross bullshit and pollen chucking with a/c male.

Pollen can last a lot longer than 6 months. I just made seeds using 2 year old A5hbx x mac pollen. Making sure the pollen is dry is so important. I make a bunch of small parchment paper bundles with the date and project#, then put a bundle into a small air tight small zip bag of its own, then into another container to block light, and then into the refer. Moisture kills pollen!.

I believe the news in the 2020s is that Original Haze hybrids are getting preferred most of the time to the old NLHaze hybrids of any source. And that Sam did say the truth 15 years ago about his Seedsman OH, when the HzA trait was missing in all the seed lines.

But of course, the guys are the most legit source for NLHazeA. Karma was already in 2009 the better source for Haze seeds. Long before he had the A5. You probably only do not know it.

if haze C is alive then what shanti is doing is even worse because he is not using it for seed production it obvious. the only work shanti puts out uses the a/c male. which does make some nice plants, but at this point how can u even call shanti a breeder. it laughable. thankfully nev wrestled those 50 97nh seeds from shanti for the grail after rejecting the non f1 pack sent at first. nev said straight up the first pack was not his work. kanga was worried about germ rates on the old seeds they finally got from shanti. why go to all this trouble if fresh seed could be made?? not to mention shanti selected a "new" a5 female for nevs haze. so what exactly is in his nevils haze? neither of the original parents. and no haze C male.
