I am watching the CDC weekly covid breakthrough deaths and last week covid deaths among the vaccinated accounted for 7% of covid deaths(in the US).

i don't know about that variant study ... seems kind of bogus to me. for one thing, the antibodies don't just hang around forever, you know, when the job is done, the antibodies aren't needed - aren't called up for duty - so disappear. so what does this study really mean? unless you challenge the subject - not the blood - with the virus, you simply don't know how the immune system will respond to a second infection. you really must look at the memory B cells to see long term effect of prior exposure on the variants. the body is very efficient - if something isn't needed, protein production turns to whatever is needed at the time. lots of feedback mechanisms at work.
