manufacturers ARE held liable if proven in court. watched any of the Oxycontin suits lately? not everyone that gets sick and dies (or survives & suffer from long-term damage) are in an at-risk group. but you would prevent them from being vaccinated. hmmmm. i've had 4 friends (younger & healthier than me) die in the last month. don't like globalization? well, welcome to the 21st century...there aint no going back.
You are right - there is no going back, and our past is our future regardless. War is coming. As for Oxycontin, it is not an experimental vaccine. The vaccine manufacturers have signed secret contracts with governments worldwide to purchase experimental vaccines. The Pfizer contract leaked from Albania. It reads:

5.5 “Purchaser Agreements”:

Purchaser acknowledges that the Vaccine and materials related to the Vaccine, and their components and constituent materials are being rapidly developed due to the emergency circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to be studied after provision of the Vaccine to Purchaser under this Agreement. Purchaser further acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known. Further, to the extent applicable, Purchaser acknowledges that the Product shall not be serialized.

8.1 “Indemnification by the Purchaser”

Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pfizer, BioNTech, each of their Affiliates, contractors, sub-contractors, licensors, licensees, sub-licensees, distributors, contract manufacturers, services providers, clinical trial researchers, third parties to whom Pfizer or BioNTech or any of their respective Affiliates may directly or indirectly owe an indemnity based on the research, development, manufacture, distribution, commercialization or use of the Vaccine, and each of the officers, directors, employees and other agents and representatives, and the respective predecessors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing (“Indemnitees”), from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses(including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and other expenses of an investigation or litigation), whether sounding in contract, tort, intellectual property, or any other theory, and whether legal, statutory, equitable or otherwise (collectively, “Losses”) arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the Vaccine, including but not limited to any stage of design, development, investigation, formulation, testing, clinical testing, manufacture, labeling, packaging, transport, storage, distribution, marketing, promotion, sale, purchase, licensing, donation, dispensing, prescribing, administration, provision, or use of the Vaccine.

If they do get sued, it would be you - the tax payer, who will pay for their legal costs. Congrats!

Ever seen yourself in the mirror with such a mask on your face lol Large openings on the side of your face with those disposable masks lol
Breath in your own CO2 disbalance your CO2/O2 balance in your blood.
2 neurologists & a cardiologist were talking about this in an interview, but be my guest if you think it's protecting you.
What I notice is that attitude is becoming those witches from the movie Hansel and Gretel lol
I wear an N95 mask. No gap at all. Surgical masks also do provide protection in the sense that they help prevent others from catching Covid. If they are so ineffective why are they used in hospitals for years. If what you claim was correct they would not be allowed due to workplace safety.
As I said I wear an N95/ or P2 depending on the country. They are very effective and there are no side openings. They have been worn by people in various trades for decades and are totally safe.

I wear my mask and have had my vaccinations for the same reason I drove a Toyota Camry and dressed like a "good Christian boy" when crossing borders. Less questions make your life a lot more comfortable.

It’s amazing that we’re still alive.

No. We don’t know long term effects.
Yes. Bad medicine has happened.
There is also a lot of bad anti vax information being spread.

that is sadly true. lots of strange stories about the vaccine that are at best fantastical and at worst pure lies to click bait or sell shit.

I don’t think it should be denied, if that’s what you meant. Excuse me if I’m wrong.
I thought you were speaking more towards the mandates. I believe certain entities have the right to require mandates. The police, the military. On an individual basis, I don’t know if they have the technology to judge how much immunity an individual has. Apparently natural immunity varies for several reasons. Government unfortunately doesn’t work efficiently on an individual basis. It works on generalizations and redundancy.
Forcing individual citizens to get vaccinated does need to be looked at with closer scrutiny. So far in this country it hasn’t happened. I doubt it will. I think many see it as a duty or as a courtesy to others. That’s the way it should be seen. That’s how it should be encouraged. Factual information is available. Not much of it here though.

I mention globalization because I doubt this disease would have spread without it or perhaps at least natural immunity would have spread at the same pace. We can’t count on that happening.
You understand me just right, it should be denied anyone who is not in an at risk group and would make an informed decision. The argument of solidarity is nothing but a capitalist marketing strategy imo. If you do not have a legitimate medical reason, then there is no reason for you to take this vaccine. This means that there is no valid argument for mandates.

The portrayed logic behind these mandates is a medical hoax and excuse to implement a social and cultural revolution. It has nothing to do with the virus, that is unless it was released for this very purpose. Of course, it could also be a matter of not letting a good crisis go to waste and thus a matter of seizing opportunity. In either case it has nothing to do with protecting public health, something they have no regard for.

As for globalization, I know some tend to view it in terms of a process of increased movement of people and goods around the world. To me globalization, globalism and global governance are synonymous and descriptive of a political movement opposed to the concept of nation states. Qui bono?

They all end up here.

yes many do, they are generally cause for hilarity. whats more troubling is the official information that comes out and then changes every few months.

1st this vax was the shiz, everyone who gets it is immune. its a miracal of modern science!

2nd oh there are some break through cases, but they are all extremely mild!

3rd only a tinny percent of vaccinated are in hospital, the wave of unvaccinated is here!

4th oh it seems more and more vaccinated are ending up in hospital with covid

5th oh oh, countries with the highest vaccination rates are having the largest outbreaks they ever had

You read the warning of the FDA recently?

N95 masks aren't ok for people with COPD, which effects a lot of people nowadays.

literally nobody says this

this is true. the unvaccinated are 11x more likely to die from covid in the us compared to vaccinated individuals.

6,698 vaccinated/breakthrough deaths in the US.... compared to the rate of the unvaccinated, that's nothing.

3rd only a tinny percent of vaccinated are in hospital, the wave of unvaccinated is here!
yes

4th oh it seems more and more vaccinated are ending up in hospital with covid
the unvaccinated are 10x more likely to be hospitalized than the vaccinated in the us

5th oh oh, countries with the highest vaccination rates are having the largest outbreaks they ever had
muh israel lol. same npc talking points as the rest. aren't you the same dude who was touting sweden's handling of covid lolol

Sweeden has gotten through the whole health emergency without all the bull shit restrictions and in the end they have lost less people per capita then you all knowing Americans have, so there is that. as for the 11x more likely to get covid time will tell. most of the claims about this vaccine have been proven fake big pharma marketing and lobbying. oh if only you get the vaccine, then you will be free again? my ass.

btw iceland is suffering their worst out break since the beginning and they have a 90% vaccination rate, its not just Israel. many places are having the highest numbers even though they have been vaccinating away for 6 months or more.

if it was working properly things would get better, not worse.

you laugh about Israel corona data, but they are a few steps ahead and have become a good indicator of what is to come. to me, paying attention to their data on covid only makes logical sense. if that makes me an npc in your view so be it. it means nothing as it's just name calling and has no weight in the debate. says more about you then me in the end.

they said it at the beginning, which is what i said. of course they are not saying it now, lmao.

when it first came out the hype was way over the top, they told us it was a real vaccine, they said we would be considered 100% immune if we took it. they said the pandemic would be over as soon as everyone who wants it has gotten it. they have been steadily moving the goal posts since the start. the fact that you don't like to remember this recent history, makes it no less true.

shame people are so invested in their political ideology that they are wiling to close their eyes to plain old indisputable facts.

Every job I’ve had as a nurse has asked for copies of my vaccination records. Some have also drawn blood to evaluate my titers. Low titers will ensure re-vaccination. Most facilities that provide patient care also require the annual flu vaccine for staff. Requiring vaccinations is not uncommon in the US.

In regards to delta, i read it has a shorter incubation period and a transmissible rate between 6&7. Every infected person will infect 6 to 7 others. The flu has a rate of 2 and original covid had a rate of 3.

I personally don´t intend to get a flu shot as it´s said to weaken the bodys own abilty to fight off the flu and I believe that it´s much better to make the effort to build and support your immune system instead.
It´s a shame you guys aren´t provided with vitamins etc instead
With that said, health care professionals and hospital staff are indeed in a totally different position as they are more likely to pick something up and just as easily infect others.

And covid just cannot be compared to th flu or the common cold even though the systems are similar.

I just don´t get why some health care workers refure to get the covid vax, I mean they should be educated in these things, right...?

I got my flu shot before I got my covid.. I'm so immune to drugs not many affect me lol. I had no issues with the covid shot other than it was sore where they stuck me.

I called my GP´s office today about a new prescription and asked if they´re getting vaccines again and, to my big surprise I even got an appointment.
I had expected a very long wait (again) but no, it´s next week :) It´s a real relief man.
My father kept/keeps going on about taking the doc to court because he´s not getting supplied with the vax and has a long waiting list - as though it was the docs fault. STUPID or what?
He was seriously getting on my nerves!!!
I just hope I have no bad side effects as I´m by foot and I´m gonna combine it with buying groceries. :)
