Damn incog thats cheap for tone, wish it was that cheap here. And one thing to add, acetone evaps faster than any of the others.

3.) Is a "whole nug" run necessary with acetone extractions as it is with QWISO/BHO in order to yield the highest quality product? And I'm interested in what you mentioned about acetone needing a longer wash than isopropyl alcohol...any ideas as to why, and can you elaborate a bit on what the differences between, say, a 30 second acetone wash and a 90 second acetone wash would be? (return, quality, etc.)

The only difference is gunna be weight when it comes to trim and nugget, they will both contain the same thc resin if from the same plant, you will just have more resin from the bud of course. A quick wash in acetone is recommended for the purest, the longer the soak the more garbage your gunna get. Easy does it!

Looks like I forgot to update after I originally posted in this thread...but Lazyman and Brainsellz have another convert to the "dark side" of acetone extraction. Couldn't believe how much better the quality to quantity ratio was when compared to alcohol or even butane the first few runs...so I kept trying....10+ runs and at least a half pound later, I'm thoroughly convinced. Acetone is the way to go. Thanks for all the tips guys, hope somebody else can change years of stubborn tane-blasting into something even better with this info.
