Happy thanksgiving indeed, i'll be facing down about 40 lb of meat in a few hours.
I've got in Native Blood too from my mom's side of the gene pool.
Personally I hate the holiday. Not the point about giving thanks for the charmed live or the freedom and prosperity, I have an issue with the excess food that's going to waste. I guess the average Thanksgiving meal will last a family about 3-4 days, but come Tuesday the trash will be filled with wasted food.
I used to take off and get away from the family. Go hiking checking out the peacefulness in nature, camping under the stars. This year would be out of the Question. It's cold and winterish around here.
This year I am thankful for losing 15 pounds over the past 30 days, and hope it will continue after the feast.

I found a turkey at King Supers for only $8 even with the US dollar going down the toilet. Thanks for cheap food! This turkey at 17 lbs is almost done cooking. It's been in 2.5 hours @ over 400F. I poured some extra virgin olive oil on it. Just had to say that.
My best grow ever: FLO- said to be a close relative of Blueberry. Yesssss............. I got 4 girls. For that I am thankful. I can't grow again till I feel comfortable.
