Very nice, top pic in your last post is nice.

I wouldn't sweat it, just watch them every day, they should show soon. Do you have loupe or other magnifier? Makes it a -LOT- easier.

Hey growMeds,

Been a few days since I've checked your progress. In the 2nd pic you posted yesterday I notice a little bit of leaf curl. Keep an eye on that. If more leaves begin to curl like add some Mg. Epsom salts or possibly some Blackstrap Molasses if you wanted to try that out. Anyways, other than that everything is looking good. Keep up the good work.

Checked in on 1-3 this morning before lights out.
I can see white hairs coming out the top budsites from plants 1 & 2. Nothing on 3 yet.

Should I trim lower budsites that I don't see producing much?

How long have they been flowering?
Eventually you'll want to prune off some of the lower growth to prevent ending up with a lot of "popcorn" buds.
I would give them a little while to develop before pruning too much, especially under HID.

Give that it's only been 12 days I would give it at least another week before you evaluate what you want to keep, you'd be surprised how fast some of the lower stuff can catch up.

I use both as well, you should check out some of the solubles from Fox Farms.
Had great results with Cha-Ching last round, gonna try Beastie Bloomz when my current girls get big enough.

I am new to the forum and have been following Pipedream's thread and happen to come across your journal. What a surprise to see your original cab looks the same as the one I purchased from IKEA.

I am still waiting the arrival of some additional equipment and LOWRYDER #2 seeds. Since I have time to still make changes to my cab could you describe the circular vents you had in your original cab and where did you purchased them?

Your grow looks marvelous and has given me hope that my efforts will also bear fruit/buds.

Hey there! Welcome!
I'm pretty new myself. Best advice is to read and look at as many grow diaries as you can. I learned a lot from them.

I'm now using a tent instead of the Ikea cab.
If I did the intakes over again I would just do 1 big 4" intake to equal the 4" exhaust. Then add one or two 2" intakes.
Vent tubing is working for my tent. Would probably work with the cab as well.

Yes I've trolled forums and watch a lot of videos, but there nothing like hands on experience or living vicariously through growers like your self. LOL

I've drilled several 2 inch holes, but I'll followed your suggestion and just make one 4 inch hole with a couple of smaller ones. KISS.
I have the 4 inch fan filter combo from HGTSupply and a Cool Tube with its 6 inch fan, but I won't be connecting the 6 inch fan to the Cool Tube. Perhaps a 120mm fan, that I currently use for my Home Theater, I 'll attached to one end of the Cool Tube. That should be enough to keep the heat away from the bulb. I'll monitor the temps for 24 hours before deciding which fan combo to use.

I'll put up a chair and watch your journal.
