My tent is the same Height as the HHmini 6'5". Strawberry Cough is at the front (60% Sativa) and they didn't get much taller than this (taken after stetch) - 4-5" at most.

Here's my HTG Supply Grow Tent

Here's my HTG Supply Grow Tent

Here's my new grow tent from htg supply. It measures 36" wide x 20" deep x 66" tall. Right now it has my 150w HPS in it, and soon I'll be adding a 250w HPS. There are 5 unsexed Kalichakra plants in there right now. Next grow I plan on doing a soil sog with 15-18 Kalichakra clones. I really wanna see how much I can yield out of a small grow tent like this.

MoleMcHenry - how do you like that tent so far? i was looking at getting that exact same size. do you think it is flimsy? i really want to put a 400 in one of those. also, did you do further lightproofing?

Here's a quick shot of mine, HomeBox 3.5 x 3.5 x 7', with a 600 watter in it..

Hey! You use Autopots... nice, I love the whole Autopot thing. I'm working on a custom tent grow that will use Autopots.

Oh ok... just read below the quoted post and I see you're not running them just using the trays for drainage... did you not care for the results or were there problems with them?

Gonna read your thread right now...
Peace

Homebox is an alternative brand, but chances are they're all made in the same place. I use a budbox but they're only sold in europe.

It's a frigging shame about the hydro hut's rep now. :frown: Ive been loving mine, but now I'm worried over any leaf-yellowing - even tho I know the exact leaf pattern to the toxic ones, and my yellowing plants are 60+ days!

Time will tell :drum: hope I'm in the 95% unaffected. :puppydoge

Hydro Hut regular w/ mostly Blue Diesel @ various stages

its pretty bad you gotta go to the generic brands to get usa made stuff lol im going to check into hydroempires house brand and see what they have to say about them as they've been pretty straight with me before

lc00p4 - I expected my HTGsupply tent to be more flimsy than it is. Yes, the plastic joints that hold the poles together are prone to cracking. But the tent is solid and fits together well. They sent 3x the amount of the joints I needed, so I still have a few extras for later. I also had problems with one of the metal poles, but fixed it myself. As for light proofing, it's pretty light proof. There are very small seams where small bits of light escape, but they are small. I don't consider them a security risk, or a risk to the plants. All in all, I consider this a very economical way to set up a grow op. I wish I had done this first, before buying a cabinet. Grow tents rock.

i've been thinking of a grow tent for awhile now. you guys seem mostly pleased with them. except for the ones poisoning the babies of course.

i just noticed a few days ago that my closet has about a foot square mold (i guess) patch where my wall used to be. it ate the wall or where i touched the plaster(?) it just fell apart. yikes! i've been growing in it for 12 years or so. soil only. i guess it gets a wee bit humid at times. :)

i want to buy a unit with everything; light, exhaust etc. i'm bummed they only sell the bud box in europe as it seems to be best (imo). i may have to ask somebody in europe for a favor.

i ony use grow bags these days. i currently can cram 20, 2 gall bags in my 5 foot by 5.5 foot room. i want a box about the same size as i have how much i need dailed in.

and the hunt is on!

by the way, i'm a complete fool when it comes to the manly art of building things. i use my hammer for ice cubes. will i be able to figure out how to set up a tent and the exhaust system? i always had pot so people always did stuff for me. lol

hey guys ive been looking at tents for my closet. the main problem is that it is only 23inches deep. width really isnt a problem but would like to stay under 3 feet and hight under 6. i looked at the xs growbox and it looks like it would fit but would be a squeeze. and its only 23.5 x 23.5. does anyone know if there are any other tents around this size but more rectangular?
