Yo @vermontman , thank you for the praise, it was pure spectacle for us to watch this plant grow! Really everyone who got to see it was just impressed!

Now that you ask, the soil is pretty sandy and there is agriculture all around, I'm guessing high nitrate load?

2 fat shovels of composted horse manure, was all I added to the soil there!

I guess that's probably because of the top breeding you provide us there! Just awesome!:thank you:

Edit:
We harvested 3 times total because we weren't sure how resistant it really was, from early to mid-October.

My growmates with whom I started this project prefer the earlier harvests, I rather the full ripe. Friends are generally enthusiastic about taste and effect

That's a great plant Otto!

That's the way its done in the sun!
Definitely my friend!
And this deep red scent she exuded.... I can not explain it better: although I have almost never smoked charras or had in hand until now, but I still had to think of it often during flowering... very very mystical!!!

For me it was perfect after about 3 to 5 months curing until now, The taste after a year curing: sweet, very slightly hazy, the joint leaves a delicious sweet imprint on the lips, the high goes directly into the head after a few minutes and also remains there for now.
Just great^^

Unfortunately I have only one nug of it left :toohot:

presenting the yellow death!
but I ain't growing for leafs anyway
first one to come down, might only take the lowers to prevent any drying out and supercrop the head to catch another week of full light. buds definitely look heavy, so think we good here after some more plain water.

thanks lad,
so far I've only smelled those in front
one is sweet sour pineapple/lime (#7)
the other smells a lot like banana bread (#3)
That doesn't sound to hard to take, both the Hawaiian and the Mulanje smell amazing so far though it is still early on the Jarilla smells nice sweet but maybe a bit of cat piss? but not enough to be put off, but yes limes and pineapples and banana bread!
YUM!

That Jarilla looks fantastic. You're killing it like usual. Every time I look at your stuff it's like it's on fast forward. I don't know how you manage to get stuff growing and maturing so fast. :D
Hey buddy!
Thank you for your kind words. I will probably get plenty of seed off the Jarilla.;)
How are your Grape fems coming along?

Hey Vman, you try the Jalisco from tlt? I see your Turtle Ninja Avatar Face now, that was some First King from ODK seeds that helped me get into that headspace

speaking of bananas, due to stress conditions I had some herms showing
gonna make seeds anyway with the cuts and pollen I got saved, but I now see why you had to pull her, considering my seeds were from much earlier generations than your last release batch.
would call that cosmetic herming, nothing major, but annoying

if selecting hard, I would end up only 2 males on 1 girl, maybe 2 girls depending on how the one in the unreachable corner turns out.
PBB #6 was a complete transvestite and luckily never went into big flowering, as has been showed

#3 is likely the seed donor of this run^^

#5 twintowers unfortunately with nanners, the cropped one not as much
likely heat & UV stress esta no bueno

#7 has the pinapple smell, looks nanner free, but is stressflowering in Veg.
gonna be a pain to keep around for longer, so not gonna be the keeper cut

#8 the best so far, didn't see anything yet, don't know smell, but looks promising

How are your Grape fems coming along?
I just transplanted the Grape fems into 1 quart containers today from the Solo cups. I kept the soil level low for now though because I may put them in micro cabinets in a couple of weeks. It depends on how bad our electric bill is that will determine whether I keep my flower room going all winter. So far I cut back on the lights and it doesn't seem to have had any negative effect, so I guess I have been wasting electricity. :D
