try to keep things lighthearted guys. some banter is fine, but a continuous back and forth of insults is not. binned some 27 posts from the last few pages. you will notice i left up posts where no insults were used, even if it was about the arguments. like i always say discuss the topic and stay away from insults. makes things so much more interesting for the reader.

so kindly stop making work for the mods :D

i charge $100 hr for electrical work, cannabis related or not.it is the standerd charge in this area.does this make me greedy? i think not.the market place sets the rates for Kendo and myself, word of mouth and our reputation determines if we work.if we don't do quality work worth what the customer pays us we will not get referrals or repeat business.
customers need to ask around, find out who is good at what they need done, find out what the average rate is for the service they need.

Sure it's greedy, if you're doing the work for someone with a "victim" mentality that want's something for nothing...Extreme sarcasm intended!!!
As with everything else paid for it's buyer beware. If they don't do their homework or due diligence it's on them. Ask for references and check those references. If not it's their fault they get burned.

Hey, how was that? It keeps showing up on channels I don't have.

Well I found it interesting and in some ways hopeful. You got to figure that if these people are investing millions they got some kind of inside track that tells them the legalization craze is going to continue. They weren't talking "if" it happens but rather "when" it happens.

If you want to check it out but it doesn't come on channels you have there are a number of sites claiming it's available online for free. Just type Pot Barons of Colorado online in your favorite search engine and that should bring up links.

roflq@pot barons...

what a great name for a show during the legalization campaign (why don't call it reefer madnesss kings/dons ???)

hope they can portray ALL aspectes of the c.r.e.a.m "mentality"...

blessss

They portray the mentality of people looking to establish legal businesses in a legal recreational use world. I would recommend not getting hung up on the name but rather watch the show.

Having been in the Wholesale market then you should surely know that Consultants, Mechanics, retailers, and wholesalers ALL add a premium to the bottom line. Thats just basic BIZ 101

Further there are several ways that consultants are compensated. Many charge an exorbitant upfront fee that covers most aspects of the service offered. Others charge no upfront fee and bill clients as they perform these services. I operate in the latter arena, thus the amount of hours spent researching and acquiring viable, competitive quotes is standard fair in business and obvious billable hours.

They don't add a premium to the price cut they give a preferred customer who then shares that price cut to get more customers. By adding your cut to it, is like a drug dealer stepping on a bag of dope that's already been step on several times before him (you gotta know the wholesaler whatever his price isn't giving it up at cost) the end result being the customer at the end of all the stepping on is dissatisfied and perhaps considers looking elsewhere for a better deal. As a wholesaler I gave my retail customers better prices, (reduced my cut) so they could give their customers better prices. In the end they get more business and I get more business and I make my bonuses from the manufacturer that much bigger.

yep he left that out on purpose. you have to battle and win for what kendo is selling . what he is selling is what turns diamonds into blood diamonds and clones into blood clones . you dont have to battle and win to create cannabis to sell to other people .

No disrespect Hemp but that logic pretzels back onto itself. How would a wholesaler stay in business if they do not add to the price they get from the manufacturer. Premium or cut it is the same animal. I operate as wholesaler in this capacity often saving my customers 25% over retail after my premium.
Like a drug dealer stepping on dope. C'mon Man!. THats not even close to accurate. You admit that You add $$ to the bottom line with your reduced CUT and then allude my cut, is like stepping on dope. Is your reduced cut steeper than my added premium? Do you save your customers more than I do mine?
You really don't know what type of $$$ I save my customers, you don't know what $$$ % I charge my customers for this WHOLESALE service. Without any of that information you can't accurately make any claims.

Through legalization we have proven change can happen, positive change.

We also get to effect positive change upon the business culture that grows from the legalization movement.

Parallel to the benefits of sustainable farming to non sustainable, synergistic business models will only results in a more sustainable economic future for all parties involved.

Yep. Free is what I work for .

red, blue, GREEN freedom fighter. I like it, Green freedom fighters. Fighting for the true cause, free the buds to the entire world. Would be a good seed co name.

First time I saw the title free weed with danny danko, I thought it was some program to give buds to the sick and poor. Turns out it was his podcast on educating people so they can grow for themselves for free instead of buying it. Which is actually better than just giving it away. Teach em to fish and they will eat for life type of thinking.

lol .

when they make a money system to go along with the points system they usually fuck up the video game . i love when they make it right though cause it forces you to notice how you can buy and earn points and to feel the difference between cheating with codes and earning with combo's .

money is a slavery system that ghosts people for other people . kendo is missing 1/2:ying:

The OP just described probably .33% or more of all humans irregardless of product market. These kind of people are found everywhere!

Last summer I met a potential business associate / pot head, that happened to be one of the biggest douche bags that I've ever met; probably top 3 worst humans I've ever met in my 42 years of life. I had my doubts, and then the mask was completely removed just in time.

Just not a good human, but I could have met him or her anywhere.
