from what i've read on icmag, the locals in colorado dont want anyone moving to their state that has anything to do with mmj.

That may be the case but I have skills that Colorado wants.
I am a seasoned professional in the Equine business. I can run a large farm /stable.
I also have a good bit of cow savvy as well.

Hell, I see jobs in Denver that I would be happy to do for 10 bucks an hour.As long as we can get by...
Maybe some other state..hell there are 14 now...

One of the Troopers admitted to me that they had nothing until I gave it em... STFU

Bears repeating - don't help leo arrest you - STFU, admit NOTHING, allow NO ENTRY, make them work for their blood money.

If this helps just one person, it is one less victim.

Sorry for your troubles, GW - good luck. :comfort:

word!!! Deny everything! So many times this will make them go away! And even after/if you really get brought in, you still deny!!!

I've kept out of jail on 4 cases by just denying/not talking.

This is the easiest thing to do and will keep you out of so much trouble you have no idea.

EVEN IF THEY HAVE VIDEOTAPE YOU STILL DENY!!!! You'll be like "this ain't me, that's someone who looks like me", "That's not my clothes", "No, I don't have green eyes!!"

DENY DENY DENY

Good luck with getting the farm rented, I know the extra $'s would help you right now.

FREE GRAMMA WATT!
I like that, I wonder if I can whip up a Tshirt saying that before the march today.

FREE GRAMMA WATT!

I won't see any of that money, as I don't own the place, but nobody here really knew THAT much about my situation, so...

We are just caretakers for a 135 acre horse/cattle farm. We make a few hundred a month and a free house.

If this person rents part of the farm and the other big house (owner's) it WILL take a little work off of us, but might offer a work opportunity for us if they bring a big horse operation in here.

Did that make sense?

BTW, on the March today, I am not very happy with Gatewood Galbraith. He is the organizer of the Lexington march.
He has abandoned more than one of his Pro cannabis /marijuana supporters since his most recent run for Governor of Ky.

He appears to be "just another greedy politician " these days.

Dea Riley needs to brush her hair.

I know..eejits and their propaganda.

Our next step is get extra jobs at Micky D's or wherever we can, and live like paupers, saving all our money to get to a med state.

There is talk of drug court and diversion..and I refuse to go for that.
This is my medicine.
I will pay them whatever they would gotten on the tests and bullshit counseling, and agree to leave the state and be banished forever.

We just have to figure out where we can go. Might not be able to afford Colorado.
We are ready to live like pioneers, (minimal comforts )if we can grow our own meds and be left alone.
:thank you: :dance013:

Look at New Mexico.

New Mexico

SUMMARY: Governor Bill Richardson signed Senate Bill 523, "Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act," into law on April 2, 2007. The new law took effect on July 1, 2007. The law mandates the state Department of Health by October 1, 2007, to promulgate rules governing the use and distribution of medical cannabis to state-authorized patients. These rules shall address the creation of state-licensed "cannabis production facilities," the development of a confidential patient registry and a state-authorized marijuana distribution system, and "define the amount of cannabis that is necessary to constitute an adequate supply" for qualified patients.
AMENDMENTS: Yes. In January 2009, the New Mexico Department of Health finalized rules governing the production, distribution, and use of medicinal cannabis under state law. Patients registered with the state Department of Health and who are diagnosed with the following illnesses are afforded legal protection under these rules:

  • Arthritis
  • Severe chronic pain
  • Painful peripheral neuropathy
  • Intractable nausea/vomiting
  • Severe anorexia/cachexia
  • Hepatitis C infection currently receiving antiviral treatment
  • Crohn's disease

  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's disease)
  • Cancer
  • Glaucoma
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord with intractable spasticity
  • Epilepsy
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Hospice patients
Other conditions are subject to approval by the Department of Health. Patients may legally possess six ounces of medical cannabis (or more if authorized by their physician) and/or 16 plants (four mature, 12 immature) under this act.
State regulations also authorize non-profit facilities to apply with the state to produce and dispense medical cannabis. State licensed producers may grow up to 95 mature plants at one time.
Patient applicant information is available here [PDF].
Applications for nonprofit providers are available here [PDF].
