I am so sick of these stories. Why the fuck do people feel it is their civic duty to be fucking rats? Who does it help especially family. I am in a med state and completely within legal limits but am still paranoid and won't let anyone in my house HOWEVER when it is your own damn family or dating a family member who really knows what can or will happen.

I would contact NORML and a few others and tell them your story, they are the ones fighting for new state efforts and your case could help them secure legality for medical reasoning. Since they outed you, might as well make a big deal out of it. Local media, friends, family and others speaking on your behalf. Talking with local city council, mayor and so forth. Show them you are not some young drug dealer that many people are trying to describe us all as and most if not all of us are just trying to live how we choose and leave others the fuck alone. How can that land you in jail?

Believe me, it is on now...I have nothing to hide and I am gonna SPEAK LOUD !!
Is there any financial help out there for peeps like me? I have a lawyer that will work with us, but I need to get him some cash on Monday. Like I said, we are farmers in KY that only make 75 a week and a free house. This lawyer went to court for me today and got my bond reduced to $250 without any money up front He is a good old guy...I need to give something Monday.
Stick with that private attorny, even if you have to pawn everything you own, do not go with a public pretender, I mean defender.
Best of luck Gramma, that private practice attorny will be the difference in you getting a slap on the wrist as opposed to jail time.

I have parked my 1985 Chevy 4 wheel drive truck out by the road with a for sale sign on it..don't really have anything to pawn or sell other than that. My other car is 1990 pontiac that I start with a pair of pliers..lol.

I am so glad to be out of jail at least.
Being 49 and menopausal..i had a bit of a panic attack in jail..I could not wrap my head around it that I was in jail ..for a plant..
They had me in the restraint chair for awhile, and on suicide watch for three days.

$250 for bond isn't bad, that isn't bad at all. Sorry to hear about your luck, these plants don't enjoy bad relationships. I hate how pot bust articles are, I swear they just have blank forms where they fill in your name. It's always in the same order and saying the same things, high tech and processed material...blah blah blah blah.

yeah it was n't at first though. It started out at 10,000 /ten percent which made it 1000. Then they jacked it back up to full cash because of two failure to appears almost 15 years ago. Then this good man of a lawyer went to court with out any money up front and got it reduced to 2500/ten percent...250 bucks...

Please do me a favor though. Please do not say a word, not one, to any LEO without your lawyer's permission. Also, please do not tell any lies to your lawyer. He/she needs to know the truth about everything he/she asks you in order to defend you to the fullest.
Also, if your country has a drug court, you may want to look into getting your case moved there. You'll have to go through a hell of a lot of terribly boring classes and a lot of drug tests, but it's a hell of a lot better than jail.
