The 70 day seemed like it took like a week longer.

70 even more chemy about a 5% increase in yield from 63 they really seem to pack on extra weight in the last week.

I didn't ever get it either until it was dried and at least a week cured.. to me its more chocolate/carob smell rather than coffee but the sour is still way more dominant. i've taken her at 56 days to 70 and all days in between.. custy reviews were way better on the 63-70 batch and yield wise she rewards you for waiting.

So at what point would the flush begin to keep from interrupting the gain?
Curious as the chunks I'm looking at are 49 days and needing additional support almost daily and associate is stressing over bud rot possibilities.
Room is near perfection for atmosphere but the fool is talking chop.
