Bobblehead did some in living soil, don't think he's around anymore

I used to lurk on his thread. He had it going on. I'm sure he'll bounce back. Just didn't notice anyone else with it that has gone that rout. I lost my cut before I got my soil going. On my forth cycle now and its crawling and moving right along. The glue is always going to peak an interest some time or another.

I was wondering the same thing,

stanky the chem sis is a good producer, not as sticky or as stretchy as gg4 but good, here's a old picView Image
Thanks for posting that jw, it's been hard to find a bud shot of the chem sis it's so rare. The guy I got it from got most of his cuts from inspecta at csi:humboldt, smoked his chem sis and I love the flavor and buzz. Shes so stinky without the sweetness of the dubb. Cheers :)

looks great !!! :tiphat:

but your flush is a higher EC than i feed at max strength with :dunno:

I see but the thing is these bitches are 4 feet wide the pics do no justice so maybe it is why it's been taking shit loads of food I was feeding at 1600ppm at one point but this whole run been a big mess with these crazy numbers and chasing to stablelize the medium flush feed every water is how this coco has me working hard

I had the same problem with my bigger plants in 2 gal coco smarties, drying themselves out faster than I can water getting salt build up like a motherfucker. Decrease how much perlite you add to your mix, and if that doesn't help enoufh, try adding a bit of vermiculite. Used it in mycology lab to add water retention to substrates for mycellium, should translate over nicely to horticulture. And if all else fails you could just up size your pots a gallon or two. No reason you can't go over a couple gallons pot size in coco, it's just rarely needed indoors. I've gotten some killer glue trees in 3 & 5gallon smarties of coco on a 6x daily feeding with about 600ppm. I agree with dan, there's no reason to take glue, or most other elites past that for salts, they just don't need it and build up salt in the coir

I was gonna say, with 20 gallon pots you gotta have some big fing trees going so 1.4 ain't gonna cut it. That said 3.2 sounds crazy to me but I know you know your way around an indoor tree.

I agree with Stanky. No need for higher EC unless you are running high light and adding CO2. Otherwise feed more often so they dont dry out between waterings or use a larger pot to reduce the number of waterings.

never grew in pots of coco bigger than 3 gallon . is a 20 gallon going to use that much more nutrients ?

I got a 22.5 ounce plant in a 5 gallon bag once. Vortex and it took forever to trim because I screwed up the pruning and there was a bigillion little buds. All about the size of a nickel.

I'm guessing the size of the plant is why I been feeding so high i water every other day with lots of run off the ph is what gets me I feed 6.6 and runoff is 5.9 but this coco had trouble from start wouldn't buffer I test it out the bag and run off was low 5.1 botanicare coco bags really fine dust looking like soil I like the stringy coco look like hay drains super fast ..so back to talking about nutrients e.c ppm if I fed 600 ppm I would yellow them I see now why yous feed low but multiple cycles a day my coco stays wet for more then 30hrs so I can't feed daily but I have cut down on ppm feeding 800-900 I have another room the plants are 6 feet and running 900 ppm and doing great so I had to been over kill when I fed higher
