Works out just fine that way. You can also do teas or some flower boosters just fine if thats your thing. It came from pureknowledge, if i recall he added a few floral boosters is all but water base. I started running it just water only and never had issues once with fresh mix. It was designed to tease out maximum growth from slow vegging sour bubble, the texture is really nice and shit explodes in it.

U let that compost for a few weeks or mix and throw um right in? mixing my own soil works great for me outside but indoor seems like a pain, coco seems so much easier and cleaner.

That's funny man, maybe it shouldn't be, but it is... It'd be funny if all med had to be organic... Do you see that where your at? I've seen people get concerned now with residual pesticide and metals in med cannabis but I haven't seen rule changes. Yet.

Tony I'm too new to pm I think sorry man, I'll try not to clutter this thread up. Those are 7's 60 days from clone... Aero to solo cup for 2 weeks to final 7gal for 6 weeks veg then flower... The scrog is newish and already improved things dramatically... That's def a diff soil mix than what I use... I'm ProMix/compost with organic pelletized chicken manure/rock p/neem/greensand with nectar for the gods bottles...
And since this is a glue thread not the organic lounge... Cloner full of glue...

its much easier.. but I can say.. some strains.. do better in coco. some do better in soil for sure..

like taste and smell wise.. but the yield in coco is alwys nice...

like I cut in 10-14 days. right.. and my next is going to be a headsmoke tent of all soil.. and 2 tents for sale.. coco.

I'm hoping to hit around 10 for the 6k.. ill be super happy. it looks like it might hit around 8-10.. so lets hope.. tents suck .. so next will be a room . but renting sucks.. so I'm just going to put a few 2x4s screwed into the ceiling.. and then ill do everything else off those.. so I don't have tons of holes all over the place in the ceiling lol..


and ya.. most of my strains did well in coco so far.. only had 2 strains that didn't like coco at all... like they are healthy as fuck and look great. but the yield is on point.. but the smell is like gone.. lol.. the smell in soil was like really skunky with a tiny bit of kiwi or something soury like that.. but in coco.. if the soil was a 10.. this smells like a 5.. lol. looks fucking bomb tho.. yielding great.. so I just gotta play around with a diff nute for this strain to see if I can get the smell and shit on point..

some strains don't do well with canna coco a and b.. so ill try the 6/9 on the plants that didn't do as well.. and so on.

No composting or "cooking" clones do just fine. Seeds you might wanna pop in something else then move em into it.

Coco is probably cleaner, but you cant do water only in coco

I just throw a big sheet of panda on the kitchen floor, mix on that, heh

I use tap, mine is hard 7 out of the faucet.

Just eyeball the perlite, you are going for a light airy mix. The way PK explained me is the coco and perlite are for conditioning.
I have replaced the coco with another bag of dirt and extra perlite. The mix will be very light and airy and plants explode in that shit.
I just get giant bags these days and eyeball it usually cheaper than small ones.

It was designed to tease the best and fastest growth out of sour bubble so other shit loves it and blows up.

Organicfarmer just did a run in the mix for the first time if ya wanna hit him up for a third party opinion.

Not steamed I should put that in there too.

I think the difference in smell with the coco/soil thing is your experience level with the medium you're using. When I first switched to coco my terpene profiles took a hit, cuz I was new to dtw coco. Now that I've got it down a little better, everything smells more than it did in soil. And the concentrates made from my sfv had the second highest terpene level of all the concentrates in the secret cup last month. I guess mileage may vary from user to user

could have been that your soil plants weren't as healthy as yoru coco plants?

but from like literally everyone ive spoken to.. they say a lot of strains have less smell while in hydro and coco ..

but like I said.. ill try running the 6/9 formula this time instead of canna coco a and b . I'm just going to use coco a and b for veg as it fucking made my shit blow the fuck up fast.

Strains react differently to coco. I had some strains that were bland the first run in coco, and some strains that put out great terps. More runs in coco have completely turned around the strains that came out bland. My garlic headband had no smell (and no name) until late the second or third run, now even the strains that were bland are now putting out the stank

My question is how much do you use of each? I made a 60 gallon reservoir last night but didn't add the calcinit instead I ran 250ml of cal/mag GH and 300 grams of Jack's. It gave me an ec of 1.2 I ran with that. But I need to know how much calcinit to add instead. I love the way Jack's dissolves much much better than MaxiBloom which I still have about 20# of. So some insight please fellas.

The simplest jacks recipe I've seen used is the 3-2-1. 3g jacks all purpose, 2g calnit, 1g epsom salt/ gallon

you can also use their 16-4-17 hydro at 3 parts to every 1 part their 15-5-15 hydro cal mag FEed. you can mix them into a one part stock too but youll need to do occasional sulphur suplementation at 40 ppms or use 1 gram epsom to the full amount od water before you add the other two.

I do 0.375 teaspoons per gallon of each. So .375x60=22.5 tsp. 22.5 divided by 3=7.5 tablespoons.

I would put the 7.5 tablespoons in a quart of warm water to dissolve and then add that to the 60 gallons. Jacks first and then the calnit.

Hi guys, long time since I been active on this site. But up to the same ole same ole I guess. Hope everyone is doing well on icmag, this is my favorite mj forum and even though I havent logged in for awhile, I still check in. Last time I was logged on here I heard a guy I really looked up to, silverback, had passed away

I recently got some GG#4 that is extremely purple in areas and maybe a little fluffier than expected. It was grown in a greenhouse(w/supplemental lighting at times of the year) along with many other strains. It is very strong weed, but the purple kind of threw me off. Also the calyxes next to the stem when you rip a piece of bud off are usually purple and kind of look tiger striped , but the "stripes" are actually crystal. Very interesting weed.

I promise I used the search feature, but nothing came up under "Gorilla Glue Greenhouse". I'm just curious if maybe anyone has some pics of Gorilla Glue #4 that was definitely grown in a greenhouse. Live plants, dried buds, whatever you got.

This is the first strain I have got from my man that I've wanted to confirm, everything he gives me(4-5 strains a week) looks like it should, taste like it should, high is as it should be. The buds do look similar in structure to GG4 buds I have looked at but the purple/darker coloring kind of threw me off. I had one person tell me he liked it but he didnt think it was GG4 and I guess that kind of has been irking me so after looking at many pics, I figured I'd come here and ask the experts.

I have some nice nugs I could take a pic of but I'm kind of afraid to post pics with a cellphone and have no camera handy. I kind of quit posting pics and posting period because EXIF data kind of made me paranoid.

But yeah any outdoor or especially greenhouse grown GG4 pics would be awesome.
