have u had any problems with mold or pm or any types of rot?

those leaves your leaving inside of your pot are a breeding ground for bad shit.. just a heads up is all.. but other then that.. things look great.:tiphat:

It is not necessarily a breeding ground for bad shit, mulch can be quite beneficial...

I keep predatory beetles and mites quite happy... I even put leaves under rocks in my pots to give em nice homes...

Seafour is a notill sensei, dead leaves are actually the perfect source of organic matter for your biosphere, no new microbes are being introduced that aren't already present in the room, so it's probably cleaner than store bought mulch.

I wasn't saying its not clean I asked a question if he had any problems. with pm or bud rot or anything... then repeated information I read over and over again about leaving dead leaves on the top of your pots..

I wonder how that dude grows? I know my compost top dress is improved with cover and mulch whether it be dead fall or cover residue...cocoa growers seem to get phuked with gnats etc with organic matter hanging around, root aphids particular.

Fungus gnats are easy in coco now that I'm not bothering with bti. Soak your pots with 5ml/gal of 5% pyrethrin concentrate and coco-wet. I tried a bag of atami coco, completely re-infested my house with the bastards, put pyrethrin in my flower room res and hand watered it into the veg room, they're gone with one application. I find that the dead leaves don't really attract them, they either come with your soil or not. Too many dead leaves has caused root rot for me, so I try to keep em clean

I don't keep anything around. my tents are spotless. every single time I water. I sweep and wipe down walls and shit.. my shit stays on point.. because the fact that my coco stays pretty moist.. I cannot afford to get any bugs so I just throw away all my dead material

tony green is this a just add water mix?

Works out just fine that way. You can also do teas or some flower boosters just fine if thats your thing. It came from pureknowledge, if i recall he added a few floral boosters is all but water base. I started running it just water only and never had issues once with fresh mix. It was designed to tease out maximum growth from slow vegging sour bubble, the texture is really nice and shit explodes in it.

I hit six per 4k in my vert room pretty regularly. Last round was over seven, but there were some monster 80 day vegged glues in there, and for some reason my forum cut yielded awesome. Coco all day, will not switch back until edta gets banned and all medical has to be organic
