sureshot rocks it that high i done know anyone getting better than him on glue. he just took 3rd i think in Jamaica. trump hair glue aka gorilla glue #4
he is in a very dialed environment with intense lighting co2 higher r.h. etc. it makes sense if he is producing close to twice what a lot of guys are reporting per light that he would be going through a lil more feed. but i think he told me 1800 once. that blew my mind but you cant argue with results. i run a 1.2-1.3 at the highest in peak flower.

Is 1.3 EC just for base nutrients micro/grow/bloom, or does that include cal/mag, silica, sugars, etc.?

Could improper nutrients cause EC cause poor bud growth? I am having pitiful results, but my plants had heavy mite/thrip infestation right before flower.

Does anyone run florkleen occasionally, to get rid of salt buildup in coco?
total end e.c. after mixing all ingredients is what people mean.
referring to the number on the meter. not the number of base nutes. all those things are also fertilizer too. especially cal mag. its just a few ingredients in bulk to tweak the the n and c and mag higher all of which are in base nutes.

Fix the mite issue 1st. no reason to worry about anything else until that's done.. Yes 1.3 with everything mixed in. My base is 1ec 95% of the time for flowering. I then add Kelp, Humic acid a more base to get to 1.3ec. I don't measure. Mixing my base is all done with the ec monitor. When it hits 1ec I stop adding bloom to the res... Veg is .4ec or 350-400ppm on 700scale... I do mix in other organic additives but it doesn't effect my ec much or at all. .

6/9 formula plus additives did a great job on my glues. I like this strain more each day.

Also, side by side with uncirculated OG the glue was eating more.

This is what I get consistently using 1-1.3ec Most of those feedings are at 1ec..My plants are up taking all the necessary amounts of nutrients through out the entire plant bottom to top. Not 1 leaf is discolored or marked in anyway. This is what you get when you sing to your plants lol...This is not glue but the results are the same.

sorry to hear it man. Russets are the worst by far. You can never prepare yourself enough for those guys with your ipm. It took me 7 months to figure out how to solve my issue but once I took this route I solved it in 2 months. Here's what worked for me.
Chop everything to clones. kontos with big time exterminator, guardian and essential oils. After a few months of that chop them back to clones again. Switch to guardian, big time exterminator, essential oils and predatory mites(best organic options imo). I spray 4x a week always with guardian or bt exterminator.

Good luck. You're gonna need it

HRM are not the end of the world, there are far worse pests to come in contact with. OGBW can take them out no problem. I had HRM about 3 years ago. Two hits with the foliar pack and they were annihilated. If you feel like going nuclear to be "safe" you can... but its unnecessary in my eyes.

*EDIT*
MT had some good advice with alternating BTE sprays with OGBW. There are many other BTE equivalents floating around too. Heat treatments also do wonders (120F-125F @ 60-90 minutes).

Leave all the lights on and add space heaters if necessary, turn off all exhaust of course and you don't want any fans blowing on plants. It's easier in a smaller space, a low ceiling would help.
It's ideally done on two to three foot plants IMO because for every foot of height there will be around a degree of temperature change. 115 degrees is listed as killing, 118 is recommended because of temp fluctuations.
120 is okay but where I hit 122 degrees the top six inches of the plant were cooked. 120 at the top of a three foot will be 117-116 at the soil level, about the best you can do with heat as far as thoroughness goes. It's best repeated to be more sure, does take some babysitting. Several thermometers placed at different heights help as well as using an I R thermometer as well on the leaves

i just recently got my room up to 119 in the middle of the winter. Just turned off all the fans, exhaust, and put the gavitas up to the highest setting. My plants actually loved it.
Had hemp russets outside this year, dosed with ogbiowar twice a week, havent seen any for about 5 months.

kontos, pylon, and phantom seem to have proven most effective on those specifically...

now as for chemical halflives or safety of those products, I couldnt tell you... do your homework.

I just researched the insect itself...

Those good space heaters should do it if you have everything closed. The lights might not even be needed. I can get a room to 110 pretty easy with my Amish space heater. That was an accident getting it to 122 shouldn't be that hard.
