Haploid induction via anther culture then double the chromosome to restore fertility. Hope a pure homozygous line will be created.
Idk Rick. Need good aseptic protocol skills to start trying at least. We will see how it goes.

I'm currently going through the protocols of tissue culture,, hopefully il have that boxed soon,,,

But yeh,, i have been looking at laminate flow hoods and sterile methods

Man, this thread has come a long way. It took me three years to grow it the 40-50 seeds I was given. I will be gifting myself some more for Christmas. Happy holidays Tony, I hope all is well with you. If you happen to make it down my way, I am in the process of harvesting

Thats how i like em. Fully swollen calyx, no hairs showin. Thats one of the phenos where a cloud of trichs puff up in a dust cloud when you break it in half. Hows the nose on that one? Coffee smelling jar with a bit of chem is one of my fav morning smokes.

It isn't grown properly or a keeper until it sounds like fresh snow under your feet when you break up the buds.

Thats how i like em. Fully swollen calyx, no hairs showin. Thats one of the phenos where a cloud of trichs puff up in a dust cloud when you break it in half. Hows the nose on that one? Coffee smelling jar with a bit of chem is one of my fav morning smokes.

I shut the light off on that at 63 days but didnt get to cut it til 65. So the bx1f1's ive grown have all smelled similiar to me a sweet earthy gummy smell.and i smell that in the bx2 but there is somthing else there been tryi g to put name to it but havent quite figured itt maybe something sour not sure what to call it lol

here is a bx1f1 at 53 days the poor girl had a tuff life stuck in a solo till sexed and under fed but im liking her. Didnt take any finish photos of her but ill be giving her another run for sure.she was the sweetest smelling of all at 5 -6 weeks then just turned to something else burnt rubber maybe lol i dunno
