Hi my friend so far I have had two or three phenos one didn't stretch much and was quite compact the other two got about 3 times the hight at flowering but the stretchy ones were the best high so well worth the work.

I've got a Malawi leaner here, maybe 2x stretching? I was expecting more, and am expecting more stretch from the x3 GT f1 coming up behind her...

I've only grown out one GT, had to give a couple of beauties away for space, but the one I kept was my huge favorite for her Thai-ness. I vegged her outdoors for 6 weeks (much too long) and put her to flower at 2.5ft tall. She stretched only 2x or a bit more, but produced huge plumes of feathery buds. I think the size of the plant when put to flower and rootspace will affect stretch hugely, no matter the genetic. She was in 5 gal terrible soil. Her clone came out deep purple and very fruity in coco.

Man DWD......hang drying in your bedroom.....your neighbors MUST be cool.:tiphat:

It's the Wild West around here, neighbors interested in self preservation;) Don't even wanna make a wrong turn into someone's driveway. An off duty cop and his family were out having a drive up to some ponds and got shot at just for driving near some crazy dude's property. Fun times!

Malawi leaner (?) And her new boyfriend, a handsome Tiger boy from the GT f1 pack! He's also looking to hookup with some other gt f1 females, Mr. Nice skunk haze (haze leaner), la niña, nevils haze mango, juicyfruit thai lotus, and panama... I want to use this dust from f1 generation and see if we can add extra electricity to some girls in the stable.

Has anyone seen the cannabinoid analysis of the new golden thaiger standard? Its on the ace website. It made me buy it right away even though i have 18 gt f3 from 2015. 27.4 thca and 2.7 thc total 30.1 thc plus some more small amounts of other cannabinoids. I know not all plants will have that much thc but damn im happy as fuck to buy this

Tiger tiger!

Tiger tiger!

Switched over from chem's to organics a week ago looking much better

One thing i enjoy about these cultivars is they are pretty easy to read when things are good, bad or ugly!
My flower room smells of coffee! I like it too!

Hi dubi! Thanks for the pheno info !
Any idea about only 3 pointed leaves in flowering?

Hi Syd Barrett,

If your Golden Tiger (or any other cannabis plant) was still producing leaves with 3 'fingers' in flowering is a sign that she has not finished the flowering yet, you must wait until real end of flowering, when they are producing leaves with a single 'finger', and of course, judge the best moment of the harvestdepending on resins, peak of aromas, overall health, weather conditions for the upcoming days if you are growing outdoors, etc ...

Welcome Tonka,

Sorry for the delay in the reply. Very beautiful Golden Tiger you had there!

Yours has the tamed compact structure of the New Killer Malawi, adding that explosive fatty cola formation full of delicates long pistils that only the best thai x sativa hybrids display. Wish you are enjoying her ! ;)

Since everyone else is showing off their Tigers, thought I would join the party. Grown from a fem seed with package dated 2015.
So far, about 19 days under 11/13

Dubi, any observations you would like to share?

Hi mackdx,

and sorry also for the delay in the reply. If your Gt fem seed is from 2015 then you are growing the improved and best Golden Tiger versions with 2 Thai strains (Koh Chang and Hmong/Meao) and our 2 best Killer Malawi parental plants (old and new).

She looks nice in early flowering, good compact structure and good branching for SCROG or indoor growing in small spaces. How did she finish ? Are you satisfied with her quality and strength ?

I have a pack of these and 2 others coming I'm so excited I've not smoked anything like this for 35 years.
I'm so happy ace has these lines I am going to stock up on all them for fear that i might not get another chance to purchase them.
I've waited a long time for them to come back in stock.
Ace you do a beautiful job so glad I found you!

Welcome SmokingBandit

Thanks to you for your kind words and support :)

Please keep us updated with your progresses and outcome, hopefully you find her quality and strength on a par with the best pure sativas you used to smoke in the late 70s/early 80s.
Best wishes!

She was very thai smelling when growing dubi, smell brought me back to my youth and the thai/laos weed that used to be about.

Loved everything about that plant, smell, taste and high were all top notch.Smell and taste were of pineapples and dentyne chewing gum(spicy with a dominant cinnamon smell and sweet)with an up,euphoric, pain numbing high.
Was a pleasure to grow and smoke like everything I've tried from you guys(except for 1 Malawi plant that was far too narcotic and introspective for my liking:))

Thanks a lot for the feedback jaded1 :)

i'm so glad that you found the effects of your Golden Tiger similar to the best SE asian sativas of your youth ;) You are right, some pure Malawis are very heavy, narcotic and introspective (still with a different type of narcosis compared with the narcotic indicas). Golden Tiger is heavily Malawi influenced but it's more trippy and up than pure Malawi thanks to its half thai influence.
