I've been growing go quite sometime and just wanting to see if we can learn some new tricks.... What better way than to ask the pros;)

patience and some study ....as there is little magic about inserting a seed to soil,
....its after that that the magic happens........... good luck

provide optimum conditions...yeehaw..make sure your medium is right, the atmosphere is at it best, dial in your nutes,..and have a good strain...I also like to make sure there is good unrestricted root growth so I use 16 oz cups for seeds...no peat pucks ,peat pots bullshit..no need and can actually restrict root growth..i also swear by home made compost and wormcastings... I compost leaves and have wormfarms ....theres life in them there stuff....lol

I will second that. Peat pucks.

I was growing rain forest tropicals. Its great for plants that like to stay moist. Then I started into desert tropicals. Even starting tomatoes and such for the garden.

When peat gets dry it sheds water. When its wet it tends to stay wet.

I swaped to coco pearlite clay pellets and local rough pea gravel.

I still have half a bail in a storage bin.

I noticed the same with that stuff.

Germinate artificially, with the righ conditions youll be planting the seeds in 24H-36H.

Use aired soil. Plant very near the surface (3-4mm). Use intense light to create some heat on the surface of the soil. Pulverize the zone where the seed it several times a day (trying to keep that zone hot and wet). In 36-48H plants are out.

Then, powerfull light from the beggining, and good airflow of course.
Watering needs to be small and done a some times in the first 2-3 days just untill plants grow enouth root to fe far from the surface.
After, plants might need to be helped to stay vertically, depends on airflow (i like them shaking).

You know the rest of the drill... If the soil is good, nutrition will just be a "problem" when your plants are allready ready to explode.

Bottle rockets or gunpowder :)

You can also try mainly watering the outer edge of your container rather than the middle- this way the middle roots seek the moisture on outside perimeter of the container when the middle is dryed.

But in reality there's probably no sure solution for "explosive" growth other than following best practices of whatever medium you choose. Good luck.

I put a seed into a NFT system directly under a 400w halide, fuck ! That thing defined explosive growth, nothing I have seen since came close

Light light light.,,, push her feed to.... give her all she can take n back off a **** hair... imo hps gives much more aggressive growth. ...

Compost teas, barley teas, ewc, all that living goodness.

But I agree, hydro is the way to go for explosive growth.

I start in 16oz cups as Stonedtrout said, and up pot to 1-2 gal pots when the tap root hits the bottom of solo cup. Then another up pot and to flower. I see fast growth with frequent up pots.

Some foliar sprays work well like nitrozyme.

Good luck!

since you are posting in the indoor soil section, my opinion is that the best way for better growth from seed is to plant directly in big enough containers in a good soil mix, not too hot and that has good oxygenation and drainage, and of course do not over-water or overfeed.

you can even soak the seeds for 24 hours in clean fresh water with a touch of hydrogen peroxide.

then plant directly into the soil mix, half a centimeter deep, and lightly irrigate where the seed was planted so as to homogenize the soil's surface and keep the seed properly hydrated.

3 liter containers are good to start the seeds on.

this works great for 12/12 from seed.

Sing to your plants!

It isn't the sound but the added CO2 from your breathing that will make them grow faster!

Start in a smaller pot. Use a gental fan to make the stems strong. When you repot trim rhe bottom leaves them plant th deep.

It will set the tops back. But it will sprout roots all down the stem. Now you have more roots to feed the new top growth.

Only if you don't already have short stout looking plants.

-Surfactant of your choice with a good soak 24hr prior to planting. Or rough up your seeds.

-Soil that is easy for roots to push through.

-Consistent temps, for the soil, make sure your soil doesn't get cold when lights are off, or just run 24-0 to keep things warm.

i use a worm farm filled with strictly waste cannabis, that is all they get, after all the hash oil has been extracted, into the wormfarm it goes.
the worms love it, and produce a perfect balance of nutrients for cannabis..
mixed 100:1 as a nutrient solution or a foliar spray.
jump juice the locals call it, cause it makes your plants so vital that they look like they are about to jump out of the pots..
i love to tweek the N., a boost with spent Aquarium water for faster veg growth.
K. is also important for big stems during vegative growth. Kelp is a natural source of K.

Yeah foliar spraying your plants with kelp supposedly will make them grow faster. It contains cytokines which promote cell division. If you spray kelp you should use fulvic acid in it, fulvic acid will open up the tissue and let the cytokins into the plant more easily. For soil feed, use humic acid with kelp.
