So I just got soaked.....lol got cought outside and it started pouring.... I'm feeling good though no pain in my abdomen..... Getting around is getting easier.... But I still need help getting up and down mostly because my back is locked up...... But that will come back to me in time I'm sure....
My plants are bouncing back.... There still ugly as hell, I have to get in there tonight and trim off all the dead material stuff so I can tell what I have left to clone... May have to let them grow out for a week or so... All I have e to do is wait on my BFF to get off work.... And then I'll spend some time in the garden... With all the rain the tan will have to wait I'm glad it can't rain
forever....... I have to go spend some quality time with my steamroller......Be back on soon.

Wow was he nuts Ganga..... That's hard core....
My back is the real problem at the moment..... See I can't begin to rehab my back untill my abdomen is strong enough to take that kind of abuse..... It's all about core strength, most people don't realize how the back and abdomen work together....

yeah it will ...... theres quite a few brands out there nowdays that work quite well .
i posted a few in here somewhere back a few pages .

Saw those, they have a different plug though? Nice to have the complete unit with cord though. Is that what a standard 220 plug looks like?

I tried to find the thread with Hammer talking about these DE conversion hoods, but couldnt find it. Im also shit at computers and dont even know how to search by username here. Do you have the thread name on hand?

heres the CMH thread ......https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=299165

the plugs are 30 amp dryer cords , that can be bought at any big box store & are easy to install . they come in 3 prong (220 volt only ) or 4 prong which gives you the neutral wire for 110 volt timers or 110 volt recepticles that might be in the unit .

Total miscommunication haha..

I was talking about a regular 1000w SE digi ballast plugged into a reflector kit that makes it a 1000w DE ballast so to speak. I wish I could remember the brand, will have to get back out to the hydro store to find out.

With those powerbox units you posted, the receptacle on the unit doesnt have standard plugs. Again, not sure the right lingo here, but the slots you would plug your ballast into appear to be horizontal, as opposed to the standard vertical like any plug in your house. Have a look http://growershouse.com/catalog/product/view/id/11933

that unit must have a 110 volt timer because of the 4 prong power cord ......

sorry i'm not up on the DE fixtures & how they interact .......

Yea with those patches... They help so much... I did a little yoga today about 20 minutes before I had to stop.... I've been swimming some today...... So it's not as sore in my abdomen. But the backs not going to budge untill I'm ready to lay into a serious abdomen work out routeen and get my core strong again. They say it may take a while..... Funny how they just figured that out.... About my back...and abs working.

I injured my back along with my abdomen taking a serious fall from a helicopter with an unfortunate scorpion landing. Being 20 and in military shape I snapped right back. Other than the ache left in the crushed part of my back it never slowed me down. Sadly that back damage caught up to me with some arthritis and serious muscle spasms at 40 and the upper hernias I never dealt with really made it worse. I miss my youth, but make better decisions with age ;-)~ Godspeed on your recovery.

Well they don't have any thc in the patches just cbd..... But that is really more than a pain control, the cbd relaxes the muscle and connective tissue in my back... And allows me to move slightly with out the patches my back is just locked up where I have zero movement from the waste up to my shoulders.... I may have 6 to 8 % movement with the patches so there is virtually no way to hurt myself. It's going to be slow going....

When I was in the Marines I had this huge callus in the center of my thumb. Thats the shit I had to deal with clicking a pen all day and some seriously bad ass paper cuts.

Chicks would come running when you told them you did logistics. I dont know where they were running to but they sure did come running from where I was anyway.

I wouldn't wish the slightest back pain on anyone...... I hate to hear that the man.... the reason i stay so busy doing shit is simple... the upper and lower third of my back should be fused with rods installed lower third..... when i stop it stops..... i use a workout ball as a desk chair at work so i can maintain my posture and move my hips and shoulders constantly..... it will happen the abdomen is healing quickly soon enough ill be doing hot yoga and weighted stretching and swimming twice a day.......cant wait for that to happen.....but for now I'm doing pretty good....Boring has always been a problem for me though.....
